The room was big and very clean. The decoration is very new. The room we stayed in, Room 506, was very nice and easy to take photos. There are no comments about dangerous issues. The staff are very nice and their service attitude is great. Went downstairs for breakfast. It was very rich. The location is also very good, very close to the subway station. Just one stop away from Lafayette.

Comme tous les ans, un pur bonheur de venir se ressourcer à Leukerbad, profiter d'un cadre grandiose et dans cet établissement toujours agréable. Une équipe au Top avec un réel sens du Service👍 De l'arrivé au départ (oui, il faut bien, malheureusement) tout le personnel est attentionné, sympathique, d'une gentillesse infime pour que le séjour se déroule merveilleusement bien. Mention spécial pour l'équipe du restaurant et les échanges sur les bons produits et le vin 😉 Les menus sont d'un raffinement exquis, bien présentés et savoureux pour les papilles. Le tout dans une ambiance fort agréable. Les espaces du SPA, avec les piscines et le sauna sont très agréable après de longues randonnées pour se détendre. Surtout avec les passages chaud du sauna, et froid du bain biotope. Le massage décontracte toutes les tensions du quotidien. Totalement apaisé. En somme, que du bonheur !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour l'hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment serviable. Le restaurant est excellent et la piscine thermale est formidable. Une atmosphère calme et ressourçante dans un cadre idyllique, merci pour ces quelques jours de sérénité.

We got welcomed very nicely, the staff is very friendly , the food is excellent, I only missed bacon with the eggs in the morning ! As many go for a walk or just go out the hotel, you probably have the entire spa and pools to yourself! Just for older people there are some steps to overcome..

Wir waren mit Smartbox und 1 Nacht Verlängerung da. Unser Superiorzimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht war sauber aber im Stil der 70er eingerichtet mit relativ kleinem Bad, Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Der Thermal- Badebereich (32°C) ist gepflegt mit sehr schönem Garten, ein absolutes Plus für das 50jährige Hotel. Das Personal war teils sehr freundlich teils eher uninteressiert.

Cet hôtel, dans lequel nous n'avons passé qu'un week-end, nous a laissé un excellent souvenir. La chambre, au dernier étage, donnant sur la vallée et sur les piscines, était parfaite. La cuisine, ainsi que le buffet du petit-déjeuner, nous ont enchantés. Le spa est un + pour cet hôtel, propre et agréable. Un petit mot pour le personnel, qui a été présent, discret, sympathique et professionnel (un remerciement spécial à M. Salvator et à Camilla) pour nous avoir si bien accueilli avec notre chienne. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Personnel aimable, buffet petit-déjeuner excellent et varié. Literie au top et confortable. La piscine est également très appréciable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)
