Dit hotel is erg verouderd, zoals ook de kamers. Het ziet er erg oud en uitgeleefd uit. Het ontbijt was redelijk en het diner was goed. Er is geen bar aanwezig om nog wat te drinken. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk. Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waardig.

Good size room with sea view. Great location. Breakfast was good and the whole visit left a pleasant feeling of the place. Water in the shower extremely cold in the morning for a long time before the water warmed up, but finally it did. Warm recommendation!

Hotel located approx 8 mins walk from main area in Leuca. Nice views over bay and reception, breakfast areas nice. Rooms were ok but would benefit from a refurbishment but ok to stay in for a night. Breakfast selection was good and served on the patio which was nice.

Ein zauberhaftes Hotel, das einen die Zeit vergessen lässt. Ein sehr familiäres, traditionell italienisches Ambiente in einem historischen Anwesen. Unsere Junior Suite war wunderbar groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und freundlich und um unser Wohl bemüht gewesen. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gründlich sauber gemacht, was überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich ist. Santa Maria de Leuca ist ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort und immer einen Besuch wert. Wir waren angetan von Land, Leuten und diesem wundervollen Hotel. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Sonnenuntergänge von unserem Balkon aus anzusehen mit einem Glas Wein in der Hand, sind unvergesslich. Wir bedanken uns für die vortreffliche Unterkunft.

We were greeted at reception in a rude and very off putting way. Then we asked to make a reservation in the restaurant and were subjected to the same off manner such that we decided not to bother with any further discussion with the guy. Both of us decided that some other establishment deserved the custom. The hotel was chosen for us as part of a cycling trip, boy we both wish we’d never stopped there.

We have recently returned from a week's stay at this hotel - a perfect place to lay your head if you are based in Santa Maria de Leuca. Very well placed for a beach bar just over the main road and a short walk from the 'front', restaurants and bars. Calm and peaceful pool, enough sunbeds for everyone (in September !). Our room was clean, air conditioned with enough towels and storage for our clothes. The staff were polite and friendly, contrary to some other reviews here. Eat in the restaurant (we did, three times !) it is one of the top reviewed in the area. There is a good choice at breakfast and ample parking for the hotel.

Rien à redire sur la chambre, assez spacieuse, joliment décorée, très propre et avec un balcon offrant une très belle vue sur le port. Cependant, on voit que l’hôtel n’est pas récent et aurait besoin de certains rafraichissements, les volets et balcons de certaines chambres sont abîmés. Le petit déjeuner, assez varié et que l’on peut manger à l’extérieur, pourrait être amélioré. La structure de cet hôtel est assez déconcertante, les chambres étant disposées dans quatre couloirs en croix, on se croirait dans un hôpital ou une maison de repos 😉 mais cela n’a naturellement en rien entâché notre séjour.

This was one of the prettier hotels I experienced in Puglia, and I would give it more stars if not for the extremely rude Manager/Owner. Not only was he off-putting upon arrival, he was horrible to his lovely restaurant staff. The man was rude at check-in and check-out, so at least he is consistent. On a happier note, my evening meal was a really delicious pasta. (I chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant because it was a bit of a hike to the town, with no sidewalks.)

The appearance and location was lovely. Inside we had a lovely lunch and there is a really nice swimming pool with great pool beds and surrounds. The staff were efficient but not over friendly. The interior was full of arty stuff which just made it look cluttered and old fashioned. The room was tired and many bits like sockets and fridge didn’t work. So yes I would return but feel like rooms needed a bit of modernising.
