Stayed at the Decameron for 6 days, and I have to say it’s by far, the best hotel in Leticia. Its staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the menu was full of options all very tasty. The room was big, comfortable, clean. Room service was very good and the plans they offer, absolutely fantastic! Great to travel with family members of all ages, you get the chance to experience everything the Amazon has to offer with safety, they will take care of you and your family and teach you a bunch of stuff (ask for Nestor, we loved him!). definitely planning on coming back and I’d recommend it with my eyes closed.

El hotel es muy bonito y sus habitaciones grandes y hermosas, el personal siempre es muy amable y la comida muy rica. Lo único malo son los horarios del desayuno y de la cena ya que si uno sale antes de las 7:30 am y llega después de las 8:30 pm toca encargar en plato de comida con antelación. También el wifi aveces es muy mala pero también se debe a que en Leticia la señal y el internet es muy mal casi siempre solo coje Claro

El servicio de restaurante es regular, alternativas de platos limitados y poca cantidad. Servicio lento. Capacitar a los meseros, olvidan parte de los pefidos.El servicio de excursiones los dos jóvenes olvidadizos, piscina un poco turbia y las instalaciones deberían mejorar y reforzar mantenimiento. No se cuenta con nevera en la habitación. Piso de la ducha el agua se estanca. En cuanto a ubicación el hotel está muy bien ubicado . Muy cerca del parque principal
