Although the hotel was clean and nice, we often had trouble with the key cards. They often get demagnetized rather easily. I recall when I checked on, the night auditor at the front desk gave me 3 key cards for the room. Literally 3 minutes later I’m trying to get into my room and not one key card worked. Carrying my bad, suitcase, and case of beer, I had to go back down and get new ones. Very frustrating. But, the people at the front desk were quite nice.
Rooms were good. Nice and clean.

The desk seat is not very clean, there are some unknown debris, and there is some mild allergic itching when sitting on it. Others are in line with expectations and price points.

Front desk staff are the best! Always welcoming! Beds are comfy and room was clean. Pillows not my fav so we did buy our own. I am sure they would’ve been ok but I like a bigger pillow. The pool and exercise centre looked really nice, we’ll try it out next time we are here. We’ll be back!

Don't patron this hotel or Denny's Restaurant. They support the Hell's Angels. They allowed the gang to stay there and set up tents in the parking lot to sell stuff and advertise. ....................................................

We were booked at this hotel for an event convention with a special rate. Upon arriving the first thing we saw were almost people Milling around the parking lot. The parking lot itself was full of sand and gravel left over from the winter season apparently they don't own a sweeper or want to spend the money to clean the parking lot. We canceled our stay and booked a cleaner Hotel elsewhere. I do not recommend coming here until they do a major clean up.

This place is schetchy people passed out on side of building. Theft. *****. Garbage. If management would fix these issues maybe I would let my family stay here but does not seem they care...buyer beware and lock your vehicle!!

Room was clean and quiet and staff was great. Good desk in room to work at with fast wifi. Check in & check out was fast and efficient. Nice gym and pool area. All around nice place for the price. Denny's restaurant, which is in the same building as the hotel, had no so great service at supper time but breakfast staff are excellent. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Lethbridge.

Service was great very friendly and helpful, the rooms could use a face lift and some repairs. Very great place for pets, Staff members took extra efforts with the pets and little gift bag for them was awesome. Thank you for the great stay!
