Nous n’avons pas souvenir d’avoir été aussi satisfait dans tous les domaines ( services, très très bon accueil , prestations , etc…) chambres vue sur mer magnifique , spa complet et de très bonne qualité. Nous en avons fait un certain nombre et c’est celui qui nous a le plus comblé , notre coup de cœur le jacuzzi eau de mer avec vu sur mer . Petit déjeuner parfait , restaurant excellent. Merci pour ce séjour parfait certes venir chez vous à un coût mais c’est largement mérité

2 nuits dans une très belle chambre avec vue mer intégrale. Calme, mobiliers de grande qualité et soignés et ménage impeccable. Pour l'accueil et l'espace spa/aquatique, un avis plus mitigé. Le hammam et le sauna n'ont pas bien fonctionné à plusieurs reprises. Malgré 2 jacuzzis en libre accès, difficile de trouver un créneau pour l'utiliser. Pour l'accueil, il semble qu'une distinction soit faite, c'est notre ressenti. Sur le parking, quelqu'un de l'hôtel nous a demandé de ne pas nous garer là car c'est un parking réservé à la clientèle... et non aux pêcheurs. Nous sommes restés sans voix. En résumé, bel hôtel et belle vue mais accueil à revoir et maintenance des installations.

Pause de 3 jours en couple Idéal pour se reposer avec un spa calme et très spacieux La restauration également de très bonnes qualités. Idéalement placé près du zoo et du ******. La vue sur mer est impressionnante et également visible depuis le jacuzzi

Das Hotel war einfach sensationell und hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren ein absoluter Traum – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die in jedem Winkel des Hotels spürbar war. Alles war perfekt gepflegt und blitzblank, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die wirklich unübertroffen war. Vom Empfang bis hin zum Zimmerservice war jeder Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und stets mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Essen war auf einem Niveau, das ich als 5-Sterne-Michelin-Standard bezeichnen würde. Jede Mahlzeit war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, von den liebevoll angerichteten Tellern bis hin zum exquisiten Geschmack der Speisen. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Gerichte war einfach erstklassig. Wenn es nach mir geht, verdient dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht 5 Sterne. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist ein echtes Erlebnis, das man so schnell nicht vergisst. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der auf der Suche nach Perfektion ist.

Quand on aime mes croisières on ne les compte plus. L’endroit idéal pour recharger les batteries avec les meilleurs : Nino, David, Pascal, Lydie, Gregory et le boss Anthony. Toujours ce mélange de professionnalisme et de bienveillance. Merci également à Alexandre pour sa délicate attention qui nous a beaucoup touché. Rendez vous donc pour le traditionnel réveillon avec le ginger Ale…. Spéciale attention pour Ariel pour sa gentillesse et pour son tonton. A bientôt. Famille B.

Excellente découverte pour notre premier séjour à l’hôtel Côte Ouest. Tout est parfait: accueil et service irréprochables (le client est roi, rare de nos jours, un merci particulier à Jaeson le chef de rang du bar), délicieux pdj buffet avec des produits de qualité, hôtel très bien tenu à la déco originale, ambiance apaisante, excellente literie, piscine et spa très bien équipés (hammam, sauna, 2 jacuzzis, cabine de cryotherapy, salle de sport, salle zen de détente attenante à la piscine), agréable parcours de footing autour du lac et du bord de mer. Certains directeurs d’hôtels du groupe Accor économisent sur tous les postes au détriment du confort et de la satisfaction du client, pas au MGallery Côte Ouest. On s’y sent bien et on a hâte d’y revenir, ce qui sera notre cas !

La chambre 16 que nous avons occupé 4 jours (du 21 au 25 juillet)est à éviter absolument. Elle est située côté pinède au rez de chaussée. Dès le lundi matin réveil dès 6h avec le balai, au ras de notre balcon, du camion des ordures puis livraison du linge puis des produits frais etc...bien sûr avec les bruits des trans-palettes...infernal Dans la journée le personnel vient faire sa pause-clope et discute bruyamment au dessous du balcon. De plus le premier jour notre lit n'a pas été fait.

This was our second time visiting this hotel in August and our second time was better than the first! Special mention to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. We were having such a great time we decided to extend our stay for an extra night and the reception team sorted it straight away and also kept us in our same room which was greatly appreciated! We ate in the restaurant on the second night and absolutely love the views from the terrace. Great food in a great setting, the same with breakfast!! We were just sad we didn’t have time for breakfast on our last morning. Thank you to the whole team for making our 3 nights there really wonderful! We will be back!
