hotel carino posizionato a San Terenzo a 10 minuti da Lerici e con spiaggia privata, le camere fronte spiaggia sono molto belle purtroppo non si può dire altrettanto di quelle vista strada, personale gentile e buona colazione a buffet nel ristorante dell’hotel. Purtroppo la camera prenotata vista strada era davvero rumorosa e insonorizzata male e questo non ci ha consentito di riposare bene, suggerirei di prenotare le camere con vista mare anche se è comunque presente un ristorante al di sotto delle camere che porta altrettanto rumore, per questo motivo il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è giustificabile. Il personale è molto carino anche se purtroppo non c’è stata la possibilità di cambiare stanza in quanto erano tutte prenotate. A mio avviso 4 stelle non sono giustificate ma sembrerebbe più un 3 stelle.

We had a good time in this bright and panoramic hotel directly on the sea. We found an excellent restaurant for breakfast included and for dinner where we ate very well. We thank the very kind ladies at the reception Lara and Debora for the welcome and the useful information that made this stay perfect. We were also lucky enough to always find free parking in spaces that usually require a fee, but are free in March.

Small but good. That's what they say about something you found to your taste even if it wasn't particularly great. this is the case of this hotel with only 14 rooms but located on the sea along the promenade between San Terenzo and Lerici. If you have a room overlooking the sea you feel like you can reach out and touch it. The rooms on the other side, however, have the disadvantage that being on the promenade at street level they do not have windows that can be opened even just to let the air circulate. The breakfast room overlooks the beach and you risk the company of some seagulls begging for crumbs. Breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savory both at the buffet and to order. Very good WiFi and Sky channels for the TV. The exceptional courtesy of the staff makes the stay more than pleasant.

Hotel boasting a fantastic location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with exceptional sea view, you can appreciate the remains of some mosquitoes on the walls. Air conditioner a little noisy. The breakfast in the room was appreciated, but not so much the breakfast at the buffet where at 9.40 there was very little left and the service staff was not particularly attentive. added value is the possibility of using the solarium and sunbeds of the establishment included in the price of the room. Very good hotel. The staff are pleasant, efficient and friendly, the bar and restaurant are very good. A real parking problem which was however sorted out well. But the hotel parking lot is far away. Very beautiful view. Too bad we can't put the bar and restaurant bills on the room, that means paying directly each time.

Beautiful sea view room, 5 star friendliness and cleanliness, highly recommended, for breakfast I would have expected something more, but not insufficient on the contrary.... Congratulations to all the staff......I will definitely return to this property ....

The room and bathroom are very spacious and spotless. There is everything you need. Breakfast is not very varied but overall of good quality. The staff was very kind and made you feel at home. The view of the gulf is truly splendid.
