The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…"

During our stay we had half board, breakfast and dinner and the buffet is quite good, it has variety and everything is delicious. Very friendly staff. The Spa is simple but good. For me it is 100% recommended. The only suggestion I would have is that they expand the buffet room because it is a little small for so many people."
