First of all, I have stayed at quite a few hotels during my travels. This was a unique experience as I was told that this hotel was the oldest in the city which I found intriguing at first. First of all, I loved the lobby, is has this traditional feel to it which was great. The elevator is manually operated which I found very pleasing as it was a first for me. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, without a doubt top-notch service with a personal feel to it I can't say enough about how great they were. The artwork in the hotel has a warm feeling to it which I enjoyed. I didn't try the restaurant but it was always very busy and they has a small band playing instrumental music that was easy to relax to. Once I got to my room is when that charm began to wear off. the room was big with plenty of closet room. The bed was somewhat stiff but still comfortable. The carpet was dated with a couple of bearly noticeable stains. The outlets were two-prong which could be a problem for some laptops. To me, attention to detail is the key for a nice room. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower door had a small crack. The showerhead, on the other hand, had quite a bit of build-up, and the was a piece of the counter was missing. Now I was told that some parts of the hotel were being renovated but for the rooms that are being given to guests things like these should be looked at. As a solo traveler, I really don't mind but for couples and families, I'm not so sure. The wifi in my room was a little weak but usable, but I have internet service in Mexico and my provider had service at the hotel so I logged in with my account details and I was online. I don't really know if someone without Mexican internet would be able to connect.

I was really surprised about this great hotel. Located in the center of León I expected to face some disturbancies due to the traffic. I was wrong as inside of this spacious hotel it´s been absolutely quiet. A great garden with an absolutely clean pool just offered me a holiday feeling. The romos were equipped very well (fridge and microwave) and with a view into the garden towards the pool. Friendly and competent staff was always willing to give any quest a hand. and for sure I´ll be back pretty soon.

The design of the room is good, the area is relatively large, there is a Japanese restaurant opposite, close to the exhibition. It takes dozens of kilometers to go to the downtown area of Leon. There are some ancient buildings in the city, it is worth seeing.

GGuest UserI found my room to be clean, large and very quiet, just the right combination for a good night sleep. Breakfast was included and it was well-stocked with juice (green and orange), plenty of fruit (truly large trays), yogurt, cereal, chilaquiles, beans, etc., and dinners were quite satisfactory too (I tried arrachera, guacamole, chicken soup, salmon, house wine)..........but the best part was the outstanding service-oriented attitude of Susy and Sophie in the lobby, Claudia and Sophie (another Sophie) in the bar and Paula and Jorge in the dining area. I found them personable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well-taken care of in said areas (lobby, bar, dining).......this must be one of the best kept secrets in Leon........I am sure the rest of the employees in this hotel are also superb individuales, but I can only mention the ones I interacted with........my deep appreciation to those excellent employees..................

GGuest UserUn hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del Centro y de la zona para comprar zapato en León, el desayuno es muy bueno y con variedad para que lo disfrutes, sin prisa y con la excelente atención de su personal. Se puede hospedar con familia o de negocios, cuenta con estacionamiento, centro de lavado, el acceso a las habitaciones es controlado. Vale la pena. Buen precio.

I travel a lot and this hotel is the only one in my life where it is very difficult to find the entrance! I took us an hour. I explained the problem to the staff and they just offered an excuse. I made a suggestion about how to the resolve the problem and they were obviously not interested at all. Also I called ahead to check if they have an EV chargers and if it definitely was functioning. They said yes. But when we arrived the charger was not working. It’s very easy to check but it was easier to just lie. Also there was no one checking at the door for masks. Some Fiesta Inns have someone at the entrance checking temperature and masks and dispensing alcohol. But not here. Summary: Disorganized, irresponsible, and dishonest. One of the worst hotels. Viajo mucho y este hotel es el único que he conocido en mi vida donde es bien difícil encontrar la entrada! Duró una hora buscando. Explique el problema a la tripulación y solo me ofreció una excusa. Cuando hice una sugerencia en cómo resolver el problema obviamente ellos tuve zero interés. También les marque adelante para chequear si hay una cargador para autos eléctricos y si definitivamente está funcionando. Me dijo que sí. Pero cuando llegamos el cargador no funciona! Es bien fácil para ellos chequear pero más fácil mentir que revisarlo. También no había ningún vigilancia de las máscaras para Covid. Algunos Fiesta Inns tienen una persona en la entrada chequeando temperatura y máscaras y echando alcohol. Pero aquí no. Resumen: Mal organizado, irresponsable, y mentiroso. Uno de los peores hotels.

GGUOHUAThere is a fast bus at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient for the city centre and bus station. There is a BBQ restaurant next door, which tastes good. The hotel is very special, the room is very clean, there are many TV sets, just to watch the NBA playoffs.
