Un gran lujo inesperado. El hotel se encuentra en Sta. Catalina de Somoza, en el Camino de Santiago. el pueblecito es pequeño y creo que solo cuenta con un bar, pero el hotelito es inmejorable: Habitaciones amplias y con baño, amuebladas con encanto y con todo lo necesario: TV, baño con toallas, gel, champú... detalle de bombones en la habitación a la llegada. En el exterior, bajo el alero, anidan golondrinas y aviones. Buen lugar para aficionados a la ornitología (el dueño creo que lo es). Gran salón con vistas al paisaje, patio interior con encanto... El desayuno abundante y de calidad. No recuerdo lo que me costó una habitación doble con desayuno, pero creo que estuvo alrededor de 70€ y mi impresión general fue que valía mucho la pena.

Wonderful fabulous classy accommodation on the Camino! We received very warm welcome on our arrival at this beautiful place! The entire property is so nicely decorated and maintained it is so tasteful and classy! Our room was huge with great views, the bathroom was also super classy. Breakfast was in the gorgeous dining room and superb. I can’t speak highly enough about this place it was amazing, we didn’t want to leave!!! Just beautiful and so many business owners could learn from these people.

La casa es una preciosidad, y está decorada con un gusto exquisito. La limpieza es máxima: más limpio, imposible. La habitación es espaciosa, confortable y acogedora. El desayuno es excelente: variado y abundante.

Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo tanto si estás haciendo el Camino como si no, como fue nuestro caso. Los dueños son para llevárselos a casa, detallistas, encantadores, te explican todo lo que necesites y descubres cosas que ni hubieses imaginado. La casa es un primor, todo está cuidado con detalle, todo super extra limpio y muy amoroso. Materiales de calidad. El desayuno fantastico y el paisaje espectacular. Hay muuchos pueblos en los alrededores que visitar y a un paso de Astorga y muy cerca de Ponferrada. Todo un descubrimiento! Volveremos!
