Zimmer mit super Aussicht auf den Heidsee (Top Floor) Matratzen waren ok., jedoch nicht super. Lage des Hotels ist top. Gleich neben Rothornbahn Ein und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Leckeres Essen mit freundlichem Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Wandertage auf der Lenzerheide waren sehr enttäuschend. Auf allen Wegen sind sehr viele Biker anzutreffen, was sich entsprechend negativ auf die Qualität der wenigen klassischen Wanderwege auswirkt. Die Mehrheit der ausgeschilderten Wanderwege sind 2,5 m breiten Schotterwege . Die Strategie des Ortes scheint voll auf Biker zu setzen. Fazit: Lenzerheid/Valbella ist KEIN Wanderparadies - im Gegenteil. Es gibt keine idyllischen Bergwanderwege mehr, auf dem Biker nicht ihren Spuren hinterlassen haben durch breit ausgefahrene Wege. Da nützt es auch nicht viel, wenn Wanderwege, die einmal idyllisch entlang einem Bach ins Tal führten, nun als "Wanderweg/Trail mit Doppelnutzung" ausgeschildert werden. Der Schaden am Weg und der Natur ist angerichtet; Wurzeln von alten Bäumen liegen frei, keine Blumen mehr am Wegesrand, harte unschöne Wege sind die Folge. Für Biker vielleicht ein interessanter Ort, für Bergwanderer ganz sicher nicht! Sparen sie sich das Geld von gehen sie lieber in eine andere Region!

One big window with a magic view. This hotel is in a great location directly next to the gondola, bike shop and lake. The rooms are huge but they have everything you need and one huge window where you can dream away the afternoon after a big day. It’s a fun hotel and I’d highly recommend it if you don’t want to spend $$$ but want a great place to stay.

Schöne Zimmer mit super Aussicht. Sauber und gut lärmisoliert. Lage top. Matratze eher hart. Klimaanlage/ Lüftung kühlt nicht genug, trotz kühleren Aussentemperaturen (20Grad) sehr warm im Zimmer. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Ameisen im Honig, Schmeissfliegen auf dem Fleisch und Käse. Für veganer sehr spährliche Auswahl, auch auf Anfrage ist nichts zu ändern. Kaffe nicht trinkbar und auf Anfrage einen Kaffe von der Bar zu erhalten, hiess es; das kostet 5Fr. extra (Frühstück kostet bereits 20Fr. extra).

The hotel has an amazing view and is near to the Gondel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But there was no personal checking service. We have do the checking in at a self check-in terminal which I find very impersonal and our reservation number did not work. Plus I have to enter the personal information of all the guests again, which took a lot of time and this information I already provided to E-booker when I did the booking.

Wonderful time here. Such a beautiful hotel with incredible views. The landscape alone is worth the visit. The rooms are really nice as they are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are amazing too. Delicious food and tasty cocktails.
