Rolling thru Tennessee and decided to stop here at our halfway mark. It seemed to be a newish Fairfield Inn per everything on line, so here we came. The service/receptionist was quick and efficient, so that was something to be grateful for. The room was about standard fare. Nothing great, nothing terrible. I fear it will age poorly, but for now - it was a thumbs up for me.

First off, the staff was excellent, front desk friendly, rooms clean, breakfast good but not great. Lobby and outdoor area were nice. The bad - WiFi didn't work for my entire 5 night stay (was stuck at login screen). Front desk said they were working on it but it never did work and my coworker confirmed he had the same issue. There is also some maintenance related items that a new hotel like this should not have - dripping shower, dead bolt lock that spins freely and does nothing, loose outlet covers, and mildew or dirt along bottom of shower. I am rating 2/5 as not having WiFi for 5 days is below average service for a hotel in my experience. Otherwise would be a 4/5 for the price.

Stayed one night. Beds slept well and it was quiet during the night. We had a room on the 2ND floor, near elevator. One of the elevators was out of order while we were there. Motel is easy to find, just off I-75. Breakfast selection was light: sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt was about all I noticed. There was no batter for the waffle iron, and we did not see a breakfast lady/attendant. Overall, we had a good experience staying at this motel.

Depending on the budget needs of friends visiting the area, I recommend this hotel and one other one in Lenoir City, for its cleanliness and customer service. The beds are comfortable, the A/C has worked beautifully despite 90+ degree temperatures and the rooms and decor are as one would expect from a Marriott hotel. The laundry facility on the second floor is functional and reasonably priced.

I travel many time to TN and personally like the location of this hotel. Quick jump onto 75 going either way north or south. But it’s also very clean and staff are polite. It near many quick restaurants and gas stations. It’s very convenient. Rates are reasonable.

I have never come a Ross such unprofessional desk clerk in my travels: dressed as if they are going for a baseball aftermatch party, no apologies after we raised concern about poor room cleanliness, rock hard beds and pillows, weak wifi. We do not recommend.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well taken maintained. We had a double bed room. The hotel was located just off the highway but was set back quite away from any major traffic. The breakfast area was spacious and although a little light on offerings there was something for almost everyone. Wish they had more fresh fruit. Really appreciated a filtered water station in the fitness room to fill water bottles. I do wish these breakfast hotels did a better job at catering for non dairy, gluten free guests. I would recommend and stay again.

This hotel is like new! Updated everything! Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet! Would definitely go back again! The bed was wonderful with "reading lights" attached to the headboard; very convenient for those who like to read themselves to sleep while their partner goes to sleep right away!
