"Arrived very late, just before the reception closed for the night. I got a room in the old building at the top floor – probably because I brought my dog with me. But there was no heating turn on which meant that the temperature in the room was very very low. The reception was closed and I did not call for assistance. But the result was a very bad night’s sleep. When I informed the reception about the heating problem, they of cause apologized. I think I had expected more than an apology. When that is said, the hotel is situated very nice, close to the West coast and it seems, that it offer a good service."

"Good service and breakfast, room decent for the price because it was very cheap. However we bought the linen package and it had no towels, like in other Danhostels. There was also not hair dryer either, so we missed it. But the area is nice and recommendable"
