服務差評！！！説我們喝了椰子汁要收費，我們印象中沒看到他們有明示該商品是收費的，讓他們提供證明拍個照什麼的，前台説了加我微信給我發過來，嘴上説好，微信也加了，然後下午照片沒收到，直接收到扣費通知，我發微信過去想問下原因，結果已經被刪除或者是拉黑了。真的很無語！收費就説明白嘛這是什麼神操作！！

算是雷州最好的酒店了，價錢也算優惠。距離茂德公鼓城不到四百米。位置屬於雷州市中心了。罕見的位於市中心的温泉度假酒店。缺點是太多培訓機構入駐，晚上很吵。

房間設施老舊、地毯臟兮兮也就忍了，不能忍的是服務差：門僮跟擺設一樣，看着客人有大箱子完全不搭理，別説幫手了，站在那裡有什麼意義；退房時前台能夠在你遞出卡之後當你麪抄起電話聊十分鐘不搭理你，完全不管客人是否着急趕車……還有就是設施老舊隔音奇差：白天是中庭泳池兩三個少年嬉鬧的聲音響徹酒店，薄薄的一層陽台門完全沒有任何隔音效果；夜裡十二點多八樓走廊還有人在大聲喧嘩十幾分鐘沒人管……住了這麼多年酒店，這麼差的也是第一次遇到了。
