出行前管家添加微信一直跟進行程，到了後有個小姑娘接我們，我們去的時候還在下雨，小姑娘拖着兩個大箱子帶我們進景區，我説我來吧，小姑娘堅持給我們拖行李，到了後忙着辦理入住可惜忘記問她名字了也忘記和她説句謝謝，辦理入住後房間位置還是挺好的，我們管家叫浦陽，小夥子很年輕給我們提行李介紹酒店佈局，後來因為入住的房間空調製熱不是很好，給我們拿暖寶寶，後來同行小夥伴還是怕冷，給我們免費升級了大的房間，因為我們個人原因沒能用下午茶，管家還貼心的給我們提供了水果送到房間，後來離開苗寨，小夥子拖着行李箱一直送我們到下面停車場，走了好遠的路，還好有他們，否則兩個大箱子我們得累死！服務非常好👍總體體驗感非常棒

民宿位置絕佳，去哪都方便。環境也很好，拍照巨出片！一進房間看到打掃得乾乾淨淨的，感覺就像自己家一樣舒服。房間觀景效果也不錯，周圍風景美得很，感覺就像住在畫裏一樣。服務也是沒得説，店內員工們都很熱情，管家也特別貼心，給我們送下午茶、送早餐到房間，還帶我們去蠟染體驗。早餐種類雖算不上豐富，但是吃得出來食材很新鮮，味道也很不錯！總之，此次苗寨之旅特別開心，下次還和朋友一起來！

從預訂開始酒店管家就提供各種攻略怎樣從凱里南到苗寨，酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜。樸院房型，景觀無敵。特別提出圖中帥哥管家小樺，從苗寨門口一路幫提包拎箱，非常認真辛苦。入住後提供各種關心服務，酒店還可以免費體驗苗族服飾。早餐牛肉粉非常棒！

真的是一家風景很好 很有温度的酒店 我們的管家歡歡特別的熱情 真的讓我感覺到了包接包送 不論是去牛棚咖啡這種爬坡上坎的景點都是把我們送上去的 帶我們去體驗其他的苗族特色蠟染還會送到了然後叫我們做！她們酒店還有自己的寫真館真的很方便 衣服也很乾凈 粧造也不錯 但是照片還沒出來 那個粧造簡直不是199 399那些可以比的 而且酒店樓頂還有觀景台 屋頂（雖然是造景 但也看得出來酒店的用心）真的很好的一次體驗 酒店的每個工作人員都很貼心 負責 早餐也好次 地理位置真的也挺好！不用走太多路 房間裏的觀景風景也很好喔
