After Leipzig to Munich, I stayed at the hotel's newer basic business hotel, but at 4 o'clock in the night, the hotel alarm system failed. It is estimated that about 150 people ran out of the hotel in the middle of the night. The fire truck 3-4 a 30-40 left fruitless in minutes. Our family of 4 adults stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the middle of July. The hotel room has two bunk beds, which worked well for us, but might be a problem for some families. The room was big and had a central air conditioning, which - after some adjustments - worked for us. The cleaning prior to our arrival was good. The bathroom and the water flow were excellent. It would be great to be able to connect your own USB-memory to watch some of our own movies on TV together, but this was not possible. Our major disappointment was with the breakfast. We found the choice of foods rather limited and some of them uneatable. In our view, a larger choice of fresh fruits, berries, and pastries would help. The parking lot was next to the hotel in a separate building (bus station parking) and there were always plenty of places. The daily price is reasonable, when taking into account the central location, and the hotel provides an additional small discount. The hotel is located in the city center, which is good to reach restaurants and downtown attractions.

Visited Christmas markets and stayed one night. Arrived early and was given an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and after about 10pm could no longer hear street noise. Next morning went to breakfast buffet. Enough variety of selection for me, the coffee was good, and plenty of seating at 7:00am. Both check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Leipzig.

Location is just across the hbf, though a little walking is needed. Breakfast was ok, but not too extensive . No machine coffee available . Reception was friendly and helpful, but can get slow due to many guests at the same time. It’s not actually a Marriott hotel level as other countries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room in Adina Hotel. The room was very large, estimated to be about 40 square meters. The room equipment is very high-end, including an electronically controlled stove, a built-in oven, a dishwasher and a front-loading washing machine. The TV has many channels and rich programs. The decoration of the room is very new, probably only about 2 years ago. The hotel is very close to Leipzig train station, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk with your suitcase. The hotel's room service is also good. I will choose hotels with the same name in other cities in the future.

The staff were very pleasant, the food excellent and the room very big and comfortable. A small point, but the toiletries were very nice. A small negative point was that I found it a bit strange to be asked for my vaccine passport in the bar ten minutes after I had had it checked at the front desk. This may, however, have to do with the local law.

Whether it's day or night, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city. insufficient: Inefficient front desk: The front desk is inefficient when it comes to check-in and check-out procedures. The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience. Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response. Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. However, there is still room for improvement in front desk efficiency and overall service quality, and I hope the hotel can improve in this area to provide a better stay experience.

Fantastic hotel, just off the motorway, great parking. Hotel is spotless, beds are great. Absolutely Recommend this hotel, fab restaurant as well The packets of jellies on your bed is a nice touch. Price usually includes breakfast but I always leave early but I’d say it’s good
