Hotel Lefkas

The entire square in front of the hotel is under renovation, so you have to find a parking space on the road, which is very difficult to find, and then walk to the hotel on a muddy road. The hotel did not provide any instructions in this regard when booking. This hotel feels like it has just been renovated, but the renovation is not complete. The bathroom had a bad smell. No shampoo or soap provided. Later, when I asked the service staff, I was only given shampoo and no soap. There was hot water on the first day and no hot water on the second day. The hotel is in a good location and has a small balcony facing the sea. But neither the hardware nor the software can be considered professional.

Facile da trovare, lo vedi subito attraversando il ponte che unisce lefkada alla terraferma, personale gentilissimo, camera ampia e ben insonorizzata con vista sul mare , buona colazione, prezzi competitivi. Non ha un parcheggio per le moto ma io l’ho lasciata lì davanti

Απλα οχι ! Μην έρθετε ! Μην κλείσετε δωμάτιο γιαυι απλα θα αναγκαστείτε να φύγετε! Δεν ημουν κακοπροαίρετος αλλα οι συνθήκες με ανάγκασαν. Πρωινό απαίσιο και ποιότητας μηδέν! Δωμάτια βρώμικα δεκαετίας 80! Air condition ούτε για αστείο! Βρωμουσε παντού η αποχέτευση με αποτέλεσμα να καλύπτουμε την μύτη ακόμα και μέσα στο δωμάτιο μας! Η ισως να ήταν ωραια αν την βλέπαμε κιόλας… Οχι να μένουμε στον ΑΚΑΛΥΠΤΟ! Ειδικά για τα λεφτά που τα θεωρώ πολύ πολύ πάνω των υπηρεσιών που πρόσφερε το μέρος. Αναγκαστήκαμε και αλλάξαμε ξενοδοχείο

Καναμε κρατηση για 3 ημερες ερχομενοι απο μακρια και μας λενε τελευταια στιγμη οτι απο δικο μας λαθος η κρατηση ηταν για 2 βραδια ..απαραδεκτοι με 4 μωρα παιδια μου ειπαν να μαζεψω τα πραγματα γρηγορα χαλοντας φυσικα το τριημερο μας χωρις να παραδεκτουν το λαθος τους...παρεπιπτοντως μολις μπηκαμε στο δωματιο την 1η μερα βλεπουμε μια ωραιοτατη ΚΑΤΣΑΡΙΔΑΡΑ στο πατωμα ΣΟΚ..οταν καναμε μπανιο στην κυριολεξια σκοτσεζικο ντουζ μια κρυο μια ζεστο.δεν σας το συνιστω ΜΗΝ ΠΑΤΕ...ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ στεναχωρηθηκα πιο πολυ για τα παιδια μου 2 ετων και 5ετων και 11 που ταλαιπωρηθηκαν με αυτο τον τροπο.😡😡

The structure seems on average clean but apart from the facade and the hall, the rest is very poorly maintained, with the need for renovation and arrangement. The rooms are tiny for the price they ask and the bathroom too. The bathroom shower head is encrusted with limescale and the hairdryer dries less than a lighter flame. Be careful, the air conditioning does not work and only works as a fan. The staff are friendly but although they appear to be trying to resolve problems, in reality there aren't many solutions. Aside from the broken sheets, the mattress was moderately comfortable. Pay attention to the prices, I wouldn't spend more than €70 per night. Unfortunately there are no great alternatives in the surrounding area.

Where to start… August 20, 2023; We tried to contact reception by telephone 5 times because we were not informed in advance of the work in the parking lot, but no one ever answered to help us. So we had to go around for more than 1 hour (without exaggerating) to find a place because the location was very crowded with people, then walk to the hotel with our luggage. The worst is yet to come…. Once you arrive at the reception person. Nothingness. A hotel left abandoned with keys and telephones on the counter. I ring the doorbell, I shout, but after 25 minutes of waiting, still no one. I then leave the hotel to ask for help at the fast food restaurant next door, the lady makes a phone call to the receptionist who was actually SLEEPING. Mind-blowing. The receptionist finally gets up to give us the room key without even asking my identity... incredible. I allow myself to tell him the thought that we have been waiting for over an hour and all he can say to me is: what the problem? with a smirk. No apology from him. The receptionist was very rude to us as if we had just disturbed him during his nap. So we go up to the room and there the nightmare begins. Or rather continue. I leave you the photos to see for yourself the scam and the false advertising of this hotel. Plus no towels in the bathroom. The bed not made at the price of 200e per night. So I immediately call the receptionist again to ask him to bring up towels and take the opportunity to show him the photos promised on booking and the reality. The receptionist then hands me the towels with the same smirk and says to me again “what the problem?” 😊 » he clearly makes fun of us and tells us that if we are dissatisfied we will have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the manager. The next day we went down to reception to speak to the manager but other customers were already complaining and shouting to ask for a refund. This hotel should be ashamed of lying so much and especially of offering such a rate of 200 euros per night for this type of service. It is unacceptable.
