I then leave the hotel to ask for help at the fast food restaurant next door, the lady makes a phone call to the receptionist who was actually SLEEPING. Mind-blowing. The receptionist finally gets up to give us the room key without even asking my identity... incredible. I allow myself to tell him the thought that we have been waiting for over an hour and all he can say to me is: what the problem? with a smirk. No apology from him. The receptionist was very rude to us as if we had just disturbed him during his nap. So we go up to the room and there the nightmare begins. Or rather continue. This hotel should be ashamed of lying so much and especially of offering such a rate of 200 euros per night for this type of service. It is unacceptable.
