Room had more of a partial ocean view. The pool for the room was freezing cold, couldn’t even use it. Breakfast is all self serve, including coffee. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of families and young children. I would stay someplace else if I were to ever visit Lefkada again.

While the amenities and aesthetics of this resort look inviting, the customer experience is extremely poor.
Upon checking into our room, we found that it hadn’t even been made with the previous occupant’s sheets, towel and rubbish still everywhere.
On our last day, housekeeping rang the doorbell and came in at 9.50am without us opening the door for them, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. This was a gross invasion of privacy and disturbing to know that they are just walking into rooms uninvited. They wanted to begin turning over the room even though we had not checked out, and still had until 11am to do so.
Not one apology or acknowledgment from anyone on front desk for these incidents. Definitely an instagram vs. reality resort, with money better spent elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which made our visit particularly pleasant. All our wishes were fulfilled quickly and without any hassle.
The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness.
The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation.
The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax.
While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes.
We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding and it was the most amazing experience. Eleni and the team could not have been more helpful the entire week. We had 80 guests and it was faultless. Everyone loved it!! I can’t thank them enough for making our week so special.

Another incomparable stay! I’ve travelled all over the world and never really return to the same place twice but this was my third stay at Crystal Waters Nikiana Lefkada! Amazing staff who went above and beyond, a delicious breakfast, a phenomenal room service menu (great value) and good restaurants! Love all the pool areas equally and used the gym daily before retiring to our very comfortable bed and room! I’ll be back again for sure!

Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, a clean, beautiful and well-equipped hotel. Pools to choose from, activities, spa, gym, dining and wines. Not to mention cocktails! Even a kids pool and play area with care facility to give parents a break. Cannot fault this piece of paradise in Nikiana - we will def be back!

Such good staff, helpful and friendly. We stayed here before and after a sailing holiday. It is one of a few nice hotels which will take you for a short stay. The beds are good ,nice pillows and linen. Very clean.They serve a good. breakfast buffet. The restaurant in the evening is good but expensive

Schönes Hotel in weitläufiger Anlage. Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, frisch zubereitete Speisen. Poolanlage ansprechend, aber etwas beengt. Musik für unseren Geschmack manchmal etwas zu laut. Unsere Suite war sehr modern und großzügig mit guter Ausstattung. Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Lage an der Ostküste weniger schön. Der Ort Nikiana hat wenig zu bieten und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Daher Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

What a wonderful hotel in Lefkada! I would have given it a perfect score however the check in process was a little overwhelming. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to reach with a car especially when there are trucks loading and unloading. Once we were settled in, it was smooth sailing from there. The staff was so friendly and quick to please. The rooms were spacious and clean. We decided to stay at the pool one day and the vibe was great. Getting a drink takes a while due to only a few people in charge but overall we had such a wonderful experience at Crystal waters and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Lefkada.
