Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay while visiting family very clean, food good, room very comfy , staff friendly too..Car parking underneath is a bonus yes you have to pay...3 nights costs £7.00 bargain in my book.... The surrounding area is brilliant 👏 leek is a lovely town to visit

We had accommodation booked for us while we had some house renovations done, even though we hadn’t got accessible accommodation mark at premier went above and beyond and ensured there was a shower For me to use (wheelchair user) We had 2 rooms, (family of 4 but needed extra room due to disability and powerchair) Impeccably clean, lovely and warm. All staff were pleasant, helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was very organised and a lot of variety

We stayed here for one night back in April. We had a family room and paid extra for the breakfast. Car parking was £5. The room was quite modern and clean. We had a good night sleep albeit the room was a bit too hot and you couldn't open the windows. The breakfast was good.

The rooms are clean, carpets could do with changing though. The beds are really comfortable. The rooms are far too hot and stuffy at night. The air conditioning is switch off at night and you can’t open the windows. I suffer from asthma so I had to get up get dressed and go outside a few times to get air. The breakfast was lovely,plenty of choice. The lady sorry I didn’t get her name that was in the breakfast area very friendly and helpful. Showed us to our table and showed us where everything was. A lovely welcoming person.

Stayed at premier inn Leek many times as we have family in the area. Whilst it is still adequate and convenient it is getting to the stage where it needs a refurbishment as it is looking quite tatty and worn. Fine for a reasonable nights sleep and a relatively good breakfast.

I arrived about 20 minutes early for check in and was asked to wait in the bar until I could check in. During this time, 5 members of staff spent the whole time talking about the terrible sewage problem the hotel has and how many of the rooms have a disgusting stench. I did not want to stay at this point as this whole conversation revolted me! My room was absolutely freezing with air con blasting out and the day time staff were either unwilling or incapable of turning it off despite being asked several times. For some reason they had centralised the controls so the control panel in my room did not work. When the evening staff came on, they rectified it immediately but this meant during the day my room was too cold to relax in. It was extremely cold. Others in the hotel were also complaining about this. Staff stand at the entrance vaping & smoking most of the time. Our room was ok but I won’t be staying here again as the service during the day was terrible and the discussions about sewage made me feel sick.

Great location in the centre of Leek, lots of parking, easy to find. Large family room with full size single beds for my two teenage children. Warm, comfy and very relaxing for a good nights sleep. Nice to have a bath and shower option. The breakfast staff were fantastic! They were chatty, friendly, welcoming. Nothing was a hassle. The cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection, looked appealing and everywhere was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend 👏👏👏

The Manager Mark was brilliant. Despite there having been a power cut that day and poor cleaner had to work with a torch room was great. Limited capacity in restaurant due to previous power cut but he managed to get us a table. Was a stop over on our way up North and wanted to stay there on way back (had booked for another location) but t&c meant couldn’t swap. Overall very good experience and would return.
