This has to be one of the worst experiences we had at a hotel. It took 3 check ins to get into the correct room. They checked us into a room that was already occupied. We returned to the front desk, only having to wait again in a long line. Then they sent us to a room that had the toilet seat ripped off of it and it was filthy. So, we returned to the front desk, having to wait (again) in a long line. We finally got into a room that was just okay with $50 off. That wasn't enough concession on their part but I wasn't going to argue at that point. It took a couple of hours from the moment we first arrived to actually get into our room. Everything is expensive and not good quality. The pool closes at 6, there is unpleasant odor that makes it feel not clean.. Elevators were out of order, poor signage if you don’t know the place. Just not a good feeling. We will definitely not return. What a major disappointment.

The hotel room is clean. We came here mainly for Black Friday shopping in the Tanger outlets. There are a lot of restaurants. A lot of things to do. We will definitely be back.

Wife and I stayed there for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom not so much, bathtub did not drain, had to stop shower in between to give it time to drain, tub was also very high, difficult to get in with bad knees. Excellent hotel with plenty to see and do. The Pequot Tower is best location, all the action is around it. The whole resort is like a small city, you will be doing a lot of walking. There are a lot of good restaurants, but are missing casual dining choices, it's all pizza or burgers. We went to a concert, the venue was awesome. One problem I had was too many small casinos, they are scattered all over the place, instead of having one large one in one location. The slots are basically all the same type, very few branded theme ones. We had a great time and we will make this a go to place more often, already planning out next visit.

We have been coming here for many years. It is slowly going downhill year by year. The rooms are just outdated and need refreshed. Did not run into one employee that gives you a smile or seems happy. Did not have housekeeping so asked for new towels from the housekeeper on the floor. She couldn't have been more grumpy. The phone in the room did not work. Went to the front desk and told them about it. Still waiting over a hour and no has came to fix the issue.Sad to waste our time in the room waiting.. Sad to see it slowly deteriorating.

This is one of the Best Hotels I have ever stayed in. This place is awesome. The rooms are so nice and comfortable. They are super clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are big with a very nice walk in shower. The rooms are super quiet. The staff is very good and take great care of the guests.

Total rip off. Cost of room booked was $444 but it ended up being $600 to get a non smoking room and with fees and taxes. Not worth it at all. Had to wait in long check in line twice since the room wasn’t ready when we checked in and they couldn’t just give us the keys and check us in and text us when the room was ready like other hotels do. We had to go back to the front desk. We have stayed at near by hotels before which are much nicer for much less.

We had a great time. Everyone from VIP check in to the house keepers were very helpful and friendly. It was nice that the indoor pool was for Pequot guests only. We didn’t have to worry about guests from other hotels coming over. Love it so much Going back in Nov.

I stayed in a 2 queen room on the 18th floor. The room itself was very nice! Roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Large bathroom with tons of space. There is a mini fridge in the room, a great sofa and heavy table and large windows. The bathtub is a deep, soaker style and there are dual shower heads. The property itself was very clean, lots to do and eat - had a lot of fun at foxwoods! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was for the following: -The ice machine on my floor was empty for my entire trip and I had to go up or down for ice. Very inconvenient. -Through the week, a lot of the food venues either close early or do not open at all. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

Fun, lots of activities (food, game, slots, shop, etc), can get pricey though, like very pricey. clean as expected for a mega ****** and cozy atmosphere though it might just be because I've been coming back for years. Hotel room was good though nothing ground breaking just a fancy room.
