Western Budget Motel Leduc #3

Nice place but they will ask you a credit card number for deposit. Well at the end of your stay your deposit of $150.00 is gone. The right they are know to keep your deposit for no reason. I call this stealing. The whole building smell like everyone is smoking in their rooms.

This place is totally under rated. We were in a 2 double bed room with kitchenette which includes a full size fridge, compact stove, and dishes, but NO microwave. The room has a gas fireplace for heat...very unique and awesome especially for a "motel". The hard foam mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The continental breakfast was beyond expectation in quality and variety. The staff was very nice overall. There was noise from the highway, especially in the early morning. We heard water flowing from other rooms which interrupted our sleep. The airport is across the highway, but there was no noise from aircraft. Premium outlet very close by with just the "regular" shops there. Lots of fast food places close by.

Our suite was very spacious and reasonably priced. We loved the tvs, fireplaces and air conditioners in the living room and both bedrooms. The furniture was all matching.....comfortable big chairs and couches. There was a big dining room table and a smaller 2 person kitchen table. The full size fridge and stove were much appreciated. Rooms were all clean. Lots of variety in the complimentary breakfast. Staff were all friendly, particularly Manager Margaret who was outstanding! Other Western Budget locations might not be as good but we really enjoyed our stay at #3 and plan to return. We recommend.

room was excellent and clean wife loved in was on first floor next to Laundry room we just came from camping trip had lots of Laundry ans there were lots of washers & dryers wasnt busy . Hotel lobby and breakfast area recently redone great free continental breakfast I made myself grill cheese sandwich each morning as they provided cheese slices . room was quite no noise at night in hallways full kitchen provided for less than 100$ a night with fireplace in the large room was great have stayed here before will stay again . Beautiful side flower garden onsite

One night stay very enjoyable. Front desk very friendly and checking in was quick. Room was clean shower had lots of pressure and king bed with foam mattress was comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent. Lots of room and lots of food to choose from. Other than slightly outdated decor our stay was enjoyable. We can also leave our car in the paking lot for a week for a nominal fee. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Not the best. Booked a King jacuzzi room. Got a Queen jacuzzi room. Ok. Will make due. Out until quite late. Looked forward to going back to hotel with hubby and enjoy a nice jacuzzi. Filled the tub and followed all instructions only to find out tub jacuzzi wouldn’t turn on. There was a sign up stating front desk closed after 10 PM. This was about 11. Frustrated, got into an EXTREMELY hard bed. To the point where sleep was futile due to the bed being incredibly uncomfortable. The next morning the front desk clerk was not happy that we hadn’t tried to get in touch with the front desk. Informed us the front desk was open 24 hours. The clerk did say she would refund us the extra cost for jacuzzi room. She said she would just charge us for a King room. When told we only had a Queen room she became visibly frustrated. Slamming things around on the desk. Huffing and puffing. Insinuating this was our fault. She then redid our bill. Charged us for the lower Queen rate. She never once was apologetic for our experience. Nor did she ever say thank you for payment. Nothing. We are easy going ppl and things happen. We would have accepted what is. However, the way that clerk treated us, we will never be back nor would we ever recommend the Western Budget to any other person.
