L'appartement est dans un immeuble "hôtelier" et fait partie d'un ensemble d'appartements comme c'est fréquent en Italie ou il y a beaucoup de loueurs professionnels qui ne sont pas des hôtels. le même loueur a également un hôtel hors du centre ville. L'appartement est propre et meublé très moderne. Il est a proximité à pied du centre ville. Seul bémol, mais de taille, il n'y a aucun contact avec le loueur et il ne répond pas quand il y a des problèmes. Dans le studio que nous avons loué il n'y avait pas de micro ondes et pas de bouilloire. La plaque chauffante ne fonctionnait pas. On a essayé de contacter le loueur mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse ni pendant notre séjour, ni après...! Comment faire chauffer de l'eau pour le thé ? on a du utiliser la cafetière (juste 2 dosettes à disposition pour le café) pour faire couler de l'eau.... et nous ne pouvions rien cuisiner ! Notre voisin, croisé au moment du départ, se plaignait des odeurs de moisi...
