Tried to book a Motel 6 in Bakersfield and some how reservations booked us in Lebec when I found out the error on the same day I called and was assured by reservations that my reservation was cancelled and I would not be charged for the motel 6 in Lebec. My friend also called to be sure and was also assured reservation was cancelled in Lebec as we had then booked in Bakersfield. Checked my bank two days later and found they had not cancelled the reservation in Lebec and there was $300.00 Canadian charged to my credit card. Still trying to sort this out but not having much luck. They seem to think that the rooms were not cancelled but we were assured twice that they were. Would recommend DO NOT deal with these people at all!
