Fairfield Inn & Suites Lebanon

Overall great stay as we were there less than 12 hours. Hotel looks new from the exterior. Room was comfortable with no issues. Parking was easy. Very good breakfast options. Did not like the fancy waffles due to texture. Prefer the make it yourself waffles. Would stay again.

I have always been pleased at staying at the Fairfield Inn but the one in Lebanon, Tn is not the normal standard you would get with this chain. The bathroom shower was extremely moldy and disgusting. It was the only room available so I was not able to switch rooms. Unless you are desperate with nothing else available, then I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience. Major drainage problem with shower. Had to stand in water above ankles because drain not emptying. Our trash can had trash in it when we checked in and no toilet paper! Not a great smell in this hotel. Bathroom dated and could use an upgrade.

Nice new hotel but the room smells so bad it’s like a retirement home. I mean it’s awesome like old people and death. I had to run up to the local Kroger to by air fresheners. Sadly the people that work here were nice but all the rooms smell this way so there’s nothing they can do.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After driving 10 hours my room was canceled after making the reservation over a month ago. No attempt at a phone call or email to let me know until I got there. With a “sorry there was no number to call”. IN A DAY OF EMAIL WHICH WAS CLEARLY LISTED ON THE RESERVATION THERE COULD’VE TRIED THAT! I’ve never been so mad in my life! Hotel was completely booked too, so had to find somewhere else after driving all day. Also people with pets, very loud and terrible location in between two intersections .

Our double-queen room was very roomy. The beds were firm and comfortable; we slept great. Unfortunately the TV in the sitting area didn’t work so that was a bummer. Also, I thought it was strange that the trash cans did not have bags in them (new bags sitting on top) and there was nowhere to put your towel when taking a shower. Just to note in case anyone else is looking, there is no scale in the fitness room (we were there for a wrestling tournament and my son wanted to weigh himself.). We appreciated that it was close to the expo center, only about 5 minutes away. The breakfast was just okay…prepackaged and microwaved waffles are nowhere near as good as fresh, and my son was so disappointed by the lack of a waffle maker. The bacon was tasty. Our room was on the 4th floor and we didn’t hear noise from neighbors, but I swear there must have been drag racing going on outside. It was so loud!! Luckily I had some foam earplugs in my bag and that helped. Highly recommend taking a pair if you’re staying here.

Ok place. Noisy by the road. Nice breakfast. Bed was firm. Our trash can had liner inside,but was not installed in our can. Would not recommend or discourage anyone from staying here. Too much road noise for us.

We were caught in the snow trying to get back to NC from KY yesterday, the roads were really bad so we stopped at exit 236 to get a room at this hotel. They were so helpful and got us into a room right away..we were glad we stopped..the hotel is new and everything was spotless, the room was very clean and welcoming..staff was the best and the hot breakfast was better than we have seen..it was a wonderful stay!!

This is an attractive and friendly Marriott property. . Walls are a little thin but that’s common in a lot of hotels. Very updated and clean. Reasonable rates and convenient to the freeway. Didn’t try the buffet breakfast. Definitely a good place to stay in Lebanon.
