There was a smell in the room and there was a hole in the shower covered with a bandaid.

Super 8 in Lebanon MO we have stayed at this hotel for several years but will never stay again. The service was horrible the breakfast items was exactly the same everyday just less of everything. The room service would come get our used towels but would not give us any clean ones I had to go to the desk every night after being gone all day just to get towels for my family to shower. Never emptied trash or put in toilet paper. Their newly renovated room was just a cover up of old stuff and old rusted, dirty fixtures were still in there. They took away any kind of storage and places to hang anything. There is 3 little wooden pegs that would be lucky to hold a baby dress. The new curtain?shade was a total joke it took 2 people just to get it up and down with out it falling apart. The worst stay we ever had there.

Well I stayed 3 nights for business and left with bed bug bites all over my body. When I called back to let them know about my experience and let them know that know one should stay in my room. Myrtle didn’t believe me and didn’t even apologize about what had happened. I will never stay there again and you shouldn’t either.

They were under construction so there weren’t a lot of amenities. I wish there had been some kind of notification of what was happening at the property

The staff was very helpful and courteous at check in and out. The building and rooms need a good makeover. Room was clean except for floor. Worst of all the sink not only backed up, it started filling up to the point we had to bale the water out before it overflowed. Guess the water came from other rooms. Reported the problem, hope they fix it.

Currently under renovations. Pool is full of water but green. Front desk stated that it has cracks in it and they are awaiting someone to fix it but no idea how ling it will be. Carpet being replaced is a tripping hazard in hallway, fans out in hallways become horrible obstacles to get around. Room has computer chair but no table or desk for it and no where to hang any clothing. I was in a renovated room. Still had a bullet hole in the window.

Room had no electric working on one side, no tv , smelled very bad. Like dog urine. And housekeeping went into our room even with do not disturb sign on the door. When i asked why she was there i was spoken to horribly. Very bad experience

Although the property was undergoing remodeling, my room was newly and beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and very quiet. Easy check in and safe, quick access to my room. I was travelling with my cat so it was important to me to be able to get everything in the room easily from the parking lot. Would recommend

The girl at the desk, wasn't the nicest, I felt like I was bothering her. I was supposed to stay 2 days. I left later that night and never went back. Wasn't for me
