Hampton Inn Lebanon

The hotel is close to dining and the interstate. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the people were lovely! They were friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days and it was great!

This hotel was very friendly, clean and accommodating. I learned that they are required to provide high beds in the standard rooms and that the only easily accessible beds are in ADA rooms. This review is a plea to Hilton to consider this issue: As a frequent traveler, I've noticed a concerning trend at  Hampton Inn locations. Many franchise owners appear to be required to complete costly renovations (which they must pay for) according to Hilton brand standards, including using Hilton-approved furniture and fixtures. One change that stood out to me is the higher bed height, ~ 30 inches.  This may look luxe but isn't practical or even manageable for every guest. For older travelers or anyone with mobility issues, bed height can make a real difference in getting in and out of bed comfortably. I understand that local franchise owners must follow Hilton's required brand standards, so my concern is directed more toward the corporate policies than the individual hotels. I hope Hilton will consider guest comfort and accessibility when setting future renovation requirements. Of course, consistency across a brand is important, but it shouldn't come at the expense of guest comfort. I encourage Hilton to listen to traveler feedback and give franchise owners more flexibility to meet the needs of their guests.

Breakfast was not fresh, which was disappointing. The room quality was poor, and there was a lot of noise coming from the laundry room next to my room, making it difficult to rest. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

Stayed with my husband and daughter. We were in town for a funeral. Only glitch was we reserved a one bedroom suite and they did not have one available. We had a large room with a sofa which worked for us. Everything at the hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. A great place to stay.

This is a nice property with a very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean, very hot water for showers, good TV reception, selection of channels. Easy access with entry doors on all four sides. Breakfast was very good with hot foods(eggs, sausage, potatoes) muffins cookies, oatmeal, cereal waffle maker and bagels, breads etc. Too early for pool to be open. Easy access to restaurants and I44 and Route 66, but no overbearing highway noise.

The staff was great, we could not get an Uber to take us to the airport and the staff worked out a ride for us!

The hotel was rundown and outdated. It needs a definite upgrade. Nothing felt clean. We didn't even stay for breakfast because we didn't like how things looked or felt. The staff checking us in didn't even ask for ID.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, and friendly workers. Did eat breakfast but smelled wonderful.

Tried to check out after one day on my two day stay. I wanted to reschedule the day I canceled for another day the same week. Sent the Inn a message through ******* portal. Never answered. Got charged for the room. When I tried to get this resolved I was sent to three different places by Hampton Inn. I was told they could not find me in the system. This was ridiculous. So I am out the money for the unused night.
