Our entire stay was perfect and I didn't want to leave, my only consolation is we've already booked for next year!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was actually tipped to one side. Sink plugged. Pillows had no filling left

This was my 5th or 6th time visiting Bird in Hand Inn, and as usual, everything about it was excellent. The staff, the room, the food--all of it was wonderful. I love the area it is in; very peaceful and though they were working on the hotel and restaurant part still, the rest of the place was well kept. It is close to other restaurants, shops, and even the Sight and Sound Theatre. All in all, a great place to stay and visit time and time again.

We will never return. On arrival there were no signs posted where the new check in office was. Horrible

Hotel was conveniently located, nice size pool and hot tub. Game room for kids. Coffee offered in lobby and ice machine. Hotel room clean and comfy. Check in staff was in training, not great personality, not very knowledgeable. Everytime I went to desk they couldn't find my reservation, keys kept demagnitizing , very sensitive. Our complimentary tour was delayed due to scheduling issue. Need better communication with your staff.

Our stay at Bird in Hand Family Inn was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great location to stay and enjoy lots of local Amish sights and businesses. We felt so relaxed here. All of the staff is super friendly. The rooms and property was exceptionally clean and decorated nicely. We saw staff working in the evening also. There is a nice area to walk around outside with a fire pit, petting farm area, pond and miniature golf area. There is a large outdoor pool with 2 indoor pools and a large indoor hot tub.
