My family and I came to France for vacation, and after careful selection, we decided to stay at this strategically located sea view suite hotel. When we arrived late by car, Ms. Carole at the reception introduced us to the hotel's various services, which left a deep impression on us of the hotel's high-quality service. After leaving the city where the hotel is located, we found that the credit cards pack stored in the room safety box had not been picked up. There were 7 credit cards and some cash inside. I was very anxious and tried to call Ms. Carole. She tried her best to help me find the credit cards pack as soon as possible, so that my next journey could proceed smoothly. I really like this hotel here, it's worth staying for everyone.

Alles super, bis auf die nervige Baustelle !
Wunderschönes Hotel, beeindruckende Aussicht, gute Küche, sehr freundliches Personal. Allerdings nervte die laute Baustelle so sehr, das wir zu Beginn überlegt haben abzureisen. Auf so eine starke Beeinträchtigung hätte man uns vorab aufmerksam machen müssen und wäre Grund für eine Preisminderung. Wir waren nicht die einzigen, die sich darüber beschwert haben. Wir haben es dennoch ertragen, da alles andere einfach super war.

Fantastic stay
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, very clean & well- kept. Incredible views, lovely pool area. Very nice sandy beach nearby in Cavaliere if you have a car.

One of those places you don't want to leave.....
This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Everything makes you feel relaxed. We visited in November so it was chilly but still very beautiful. It must be outstanding in warmer months. It was easy to explore the area from the location.

Petite pause reposante
Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et tout était fait pour que cela se passe au mieux. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et cela se passe dans une atmosphère très conviviale.
Nous aurions peut-être apprécié une salade ou des crudités pour le déjeuner au bord de la piscine.
Nous espérons revenir très vite!

Poor experience, dirty room
Excellent location but our room was not clean. Very disappointed for a hotel that claims 4 stars
