Nice location in relation to the station but complicated when arriving by car.
I understood that there was parking, but it requires payment and reservation. Damage.
At reception, the staff did not seem to have a good handle on reservations via this site; after making me pay the tourist tax, they wanted to make me pay for breakfasts. But for me they were included in the price. When presenting the reservation I highlighted this situation.
The room, tip top, only small thing that could be improved, the shower.
The position of the shower support was poorly arranged in my opinion and the water went too much into the bathroom.

Great hotel for this price. Convenient location, 2 min walk from the railway station and tram station. Clean and big room. Good equipped with small kitchen.

Bon sejour, on voit bien que le ménage a été fait parfaitement, mais quelques détails sont à revoir.. le miroir salle de bains complètement piqué sur les bords sur plus d'un centimètre mériterait d"etre changé et la moitié des rebords du bac de douche sont d'une couleur indéfinissable pas tres engageant Pour le reste parfait et le personnel est tres agréable.

Our room had a lot of space but it needs work. Very outdated place, loud bed. No A/C. There’s a fan in the room. And they even give you earplugs… it’s very loud from the trams and trains on both sides so not possible to sleep with an open window either.

Malgré un effot avec ventilateurs et climatiseur la chambre est étouffante et du coup cher pour cette prestation ne plus la louer le temps de résoudre le problème serais judicieux.
Autrement il faudrai voir à la climatiser.

Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Malgré plusieurs ventilateurs mis à disposition l’air était difficilement respirable avec 29 degrés à l’extérieur.
L’appartement est confortable et grand.

Accueil très agréable, facilité de se garer alentour. toutefois quartier gare et passage trams sous les fenêtres. il faut oublier cet inconvénient, juste en bas de l’hôtel restaurant hamburgers etc ... très sympathique. Sans oublier la visite des 24 heures du mans. !!!
