Nous arrivons sans réservation, accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. Visites de deux chambres. Balneo dans la salle de bain, vue sur l’océan. Piscine chauffée et jardin très joli. Vue sur l’océan magnifique. Au niveau du personnel et du service, le top du top! Du haut niveau, bravo. Le personnel est ultra serviable, sympathique et attentif…aucune fausse note. Conseils pour le choix du restaurant, réservation faite pour nous, grand soin dans le choix du petit déjeuner sur mesure, accompagnement à la piscine avec linge, choix des transats et installation, accueil à nouveau chaleureux au retour de soirée. Cet endroit est belle surprise inattendue…un petit bijou tenu par un équipe au top. Merci et bravo, continuez comme cela, c’est rare!

Top de chez Top. 3 étoiles pour l'Hôtel dans un véritable fort (pont-levis). Ambiance très chaleureuse. Personnel de Haut Rang. Très bien situé sur des rochers au bord immédiat de la mer, sans vis à vis, espaces privés, piscine grand modèle, chauffée. Lits électriques, très reposants et moelleux. Le maximum de confort et de discrétion. Petits-déjeuners très copieux, ingrédients à la demande. Garages fermés et prêts de vélos pour les randonnées sur les pistes cyclables. Pas de restauration.

Le personnel est toujours aux petits soins , un grand merci à Valérie qui fait tout ce qu'elle peut dans ce magnifique fortin qui domine la côte sauvage . Surtout il est scandaleux de n'avoir que 3 parasols seulement pour tout l'hôtel : un problème de livraison nous dit-on , certes mais la plupart des clients sont contraints de rôtir au soleil ce jour-là ou de s'en aller ! Un 4ème parasol arrivera enfin le 5 août . De plus un rafraîchissement s'impose :les peintures des balcons sont totalement passées (cf photos) de même les transats ont vécu (arête contendante , manque de barreaux (CF les photos) .Les dalles autour de la piscine sont mal entretenues et les mûrs autour ont un besoin urgent d'un coup de barbichon , un problème avec le peintre nous dit-on . Pour être complet la robinetterie rétro de la baignoire a perdu ses céramiques . Â noter toujours pas de restaurant. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un relais et châteaux et une source interne nous indique qu'en 2017 , le fort quitte la chaîne Relais et châteaux . DOCJPC
