“Absolutely not family-friendly – avoid if you’re traveling with kids! While the hotel is beautifully designed and the younger staff members do their best, the overall experience is deeply disappointing. The property is completely isolated, with only one restaurant available within a 35-minute drive. The clientele reflects the outdated image of the hotel, and I was even asked intrusive questions about my accent, which felt entirely inappropriate. On top of that, the phones in the rooms don’t work. I had to call the reception multiple times using my personal phone, despite reporting the issue several times without any resolution. The management is nowhere to be seen, leaving the younger staff to handle everything. To make matters worse, no help was offered to carry our luggage upon arrival, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. If you’re traveling as a family or expect proper service, look elsewhere. A huge disappointment despite the beautiful design.” ”¡Absolutamente no apto para familias – evítelo si viaja con niños! La clientela refleja la imagen anticuada del hotel, y me hicieron preguntas intrusivas sobre mi acento, lo cual fue totalmente inapropiado. Además, los teléfonos en las habitaciones no funcionan. Tuve que llamar varias veces a recepción con mi propio móvil, a pesar de haber informado del problema repetidamente, sin que se solucionara. La dirección brilla por su ausencia, dejando todo en manos del personal más joven. Para colmo, no recibimos ninguna ayuda con el equipaje a nuestra llegada, algo inaceptable para un hotel de este nivel. Si viaja con niños o espera un buen servicio, busque otro lugar. Una gran decepción a pesar de la bonita arquitectura.”
