Checked on efficiently on Oct 19th at approx 1900 hrs. . Room very comfortable, nice lounging area with a comfortable convertible couch. The room was clean and well appointed, Large screen tv all the channels you need. Breakfast was better than most Home2 Suites. Attendant was specifically looking after the items. Keeping fresh and stocked.

our go to hotel when in the area, hotel staff are exceptional. clean and comfortable. breakfast is an ordinary hotel free breakfast, nothing to be excited about. Coffee is excellent stayed in an "accommodation" suite, trouble is, the shampoo and soap dispensers ate almost ceiling height.( see pics) being a person of disability, I could barely lift my arm high enough to use

Why three stars? The miserable bed. I’ve slept on firm mattresses before, but these beds are like plywood with a fitted sheet over it. Absolutely horrible. The free ‘hot’ breakfast is not that hot. The selection was good. The concept is good, but failed on execution. The food was barely warm. This is not only unappetizing, but dangerous from a food handling perspective. *positive note, all staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. Boston went out of his way to be professional and hospitable.

Durante toda a estadia, permancia por varias horas no hotel pois estava trabalhando, e as instalações eram limpas e confortaveis, além do ambiente bonito e gardável. A cozinha disponivél no quarto foi muito utiu e tudo funcionava muito bem, também usei a lavanderia e foi prático e fácil. Still love it! When I had checked in, my room was a different number than what it was when we got there. But I didn't know that until I went up to the room and tried penning the door. (It was a self check in with the key in your phone). So I went down stairs and low and behold, I was told they changed it because the last guy needed more time. They had moved me to the 4th floor. My daughter and her family just had gotten there and they got a room on the 2nd floor, which was where we were too have ours. Quickly, she changed the room to right next door to the one we had prior to being moved. No questions. No trying to keep me on the one we didn't want. I did not get her name, but, if she sees this, she'll know it was her. Thank you very much, as the great service is always appreciated!

-We booked a room months ahead of time. We are Hilton Rewards members. When we checked in on Friday night things were the opposite of what we requested! They told us all the tub/shower rooms were filled, ? -Then they tried to give us a room near the elevator. We were not happy at all. Why did we request anything if they are not going to reserve us they type of room we needed. After arguing with the front desk people they finally gave us a room away from the elevator but no tub/shower combo. -We asked for fresh towels and never received any. We arrived back at the hotel about 8:30pm. We went to the front desk and they said all the towels were in the dryer and we would have to wait. When they finally delivered some to our room it wasn’t the number of towels we asked for. -Air conditioner/heater in the room was awful. The room would not cool down and it was too hot during the night. Mattress is very hard. The shower head has low water pressure no matter what setting you choose. -Also don’t expect any housekeeping while you’re there. Many hotels are doing a “light touch cleaning” which means they are still using the Covid excuse of no cleaning the rooms while you’re there. They refuse to get back to how thing were before Covid. There are plenty of other hotels on this street (Candlewood, Best Western etc.). When you check in and the front desk people have a no care attitude and no knowledge of customer service we won’t be back.

Upon check in wasn’t told me room number or what end it was on. Host said it is against their policy because they have had some “really bad people stay here”. Notes on door said if you’d like a maid service call at any point and schedule. They told me no they will only clean after 4 nights. Third night they had an electrical fire at midnight that had me evacuate two sleeping kids down four flights of stairs and then back up an hour later. Our bathroom and some other lights didn’t work after this. Couch was filthy and mattress within it so stained I wouldn’t let me kids sleep on it. Just disappointed in Hilton and this property.
