This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! My stay there was the result of my wife having surgery and we are from out of state. Our insurance company was paying for my stay, but then they were given my debit card number for incidental fee, they started charging my debit card for the room. They did this while I stayed there and then again 4 days after checking out! Stay away from this place, they are thieves!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service. We arrived late and as Marriott Titanium members we were given the royal welcome! Everyone was so kind and professional. Our room was so comfy and cozy. The next morning I needed a place to take a conference call and they allowed me use of the Conference Room proactively. This is one of the best Marriott properties I’ve stayed in ATL metro. I can’t wait to return.

This hotel used my Bonvoy points for a stay Jan 08, 2024 - Jan 09, 2024. I have never been to this hotel. I was in Costa Rica at the time of this apparent stay. They obviously did not verify my account or identity and stole points from me. This does not seem like very trustworthy behavior and have reported this to Marriott.

Super clean rooms lobby, pool and gym love the bar and live entertainment very friendly stuff enjoyed so much had a friends come down to stay as well definitely will go back coming from New York to visit more in the near future

I selected this hotel for its location primarily and I like modern efficient hotel rooms. It was perfectly situated for a business meeting the next morning and an LA Fitness within 5 minute of the hotel. Many good dining options within a short distance was also a plus. The hotel itself is undergoing some construction on the main level, but did not affect my stay, My room was an adequate mid level hotel, basic & minimal furnishings, the high ceiling was a plus and made the room feel more spacious. What limits the review on the hotel is the bed was so so in terms of comfort and the position of the heater/air conditioner unit was basically right at the end of the bed and it was blowing cold air right in my face the whole night. Felt like a car vent turned up. I woke up many times and did not have a peaceful sleep. Not sure if other rooms have the same positioning of the AC unit, but not sure the next time I will stay at an Aloft. I do like the modern property, but my stay was below average.
