Het hotel, heeft ruime parkeergelegenheid, de receptie kent onze boeking, (digitaal ingecheckt). Maar de hond hebben ze over het hoofd gezien, normaal doen ze daar iets extra's voor (afgezien van 15 Euro extra vragen). Helaas, improviseren lukt niet maar de hond is welkom (wij ook). De kamers (101) heeft inderdaad 2 losse bedden, maar niet naast elkaar maar in het verlengde van elkaar. Hmm, hadden we wellicht kunnen veranderen, maar we laten het erbij. Wel hebben we uitzicht op een berg. Er is een wellness, fitnessruimte, bar en restaurant en een wijnkelder/bar. Inrichting is erg Oostenrijks, maar de kamer is netjes, badkamer ruim, minibar goed gevild en de tv en airco doen het. We drinken een drankje op het terras en gaan straks bij het hotel restaurant eten. Restaurant is open tot 22:00 reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Ontbijt is verder goed, niet heel bijzonder en ik mis de bacon bij mijn eieren. Afgezien van een bus toeristen is het rustig in het hotel. Hotel zit net buiten het centrum, vlakbij een supermarkt (eurospin, pastecceria, tankstation) maar een goede uitvalsbasis voor fietsen, natuur of de lokale wijnroute.

Ho ordinato Asparagi Bolzanina ad un prezzo elevato. Non ho mai mangiato un asparago così cattivo in vita mia (troppo cotto, ancora legnoso, insapore). Il mio reclamo è stato respinto dallo chef con la spiegazione “cattivo tempo per gli asparagi”.

L'hotel si trova a pochi km da Trento, in zona Lavis. Consigliabile arrivare e spostarsi in macchina. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dallo staff della reception molto cordiali e rapidi nello svolgere il loro lavoro. Abbiamo pernottato per una notte in una stanza matrimoniale classica. La stanza si presentava abbastanza spaziosa, con affaccio della finestra rivolta verso le montagne e parcheggio. Niente balcone. Il nostro bagno era comprensivo di vasca/doccia ed era in ottime condizioni di pulizia e manutentive e composto da tutti i prodotti da bagno. Unica pecca della stanza, era la moquette un pò datata, ma tutto sommato abbastanza pulita. Ambiente discretamente silenzioso. La colazione era la classica a buffet abbastanza varia, ma purtroppo con pochi prodotti tipici locali. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza, ma non ti fa dire "wow".

Hotel auto chilometri da Trento nel paesino di Lavis effettuato prenotazione di una stanza quando siamo arrivati ci hanno concesso un upgrade cordialità disponibilità di tu tu lo staff camera pulita spaziosa bagno perfetto insonorizzato con buona qualità del sonno materasso ottimo per quanto mi riguarda è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa che andata oltre le nostre aspettative. È consigliato sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni adiacente bar e ristorante e direi che è stata una vacanza molto gradevole

Io, mio marito e Kira abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel dal 17 al 21 Agosto e siamo stati benissimo. Ambiente acusticamente confortevole, pulito, gestito da persone cortesi e cordiali. Hanno accolto in modo impeccabile sia noi che la nostra cagnolina Kira! Il ristorante è davvero un valore aggiunto perché se si è stanchi si ha la certezza di mangiare prelibatezze culinarie o dell'ottima pizza. Consiglio vivamente ❣️

Nous avons été très surpris de la qualité de cet hôtel dont il faut le dire, l'environnement ne fait pas rêver en arrivant! En fait, la chambre est très spacieuse, avec un très grand lit, de grands rangements (coffre), bien climatisée et calme. La salle de bain est en marbre beige et tout y est fonctionnel. Nous avons dîné au restaurant les deux soirs où nous y étions ! Absolument délicieux! Tout ! Et une mention spéciale pour la pizza ! Le pizzaiolo connait vraiment son travail et la pâte est la meilleure que nous avons mangé! Il la fait reposer 48 h ! Le maitre d'hôtel est aussi très pro...il nous a très bien conseillés pour le vin. Vraiment un très bon moment!

L'arredo è quello tipico degli alberghi di montagna, con quel calore che gli arredi in legno e stoffe sanno trasmettere, ma siamo a poco più di 15 minuti in auto dal centro di Trento. Collocato appena fuori Lavis, l'hotel Sartori's si caratterizza per una serie di servizi che vanno ad integrare e impreziosire la genuina ospitalità: c'è il bar, il pub, la pizzeria, il ristorante, il centro benessere. Reception molto discreta e professionale, camere ampie e pulite, bagni in ordine. Stanze silenziose e confortevoli. Prezzi corretti.
