I booked online 3 nights for my husband and I which was paid for online with my card. A couple hours after we arrived at the hotel to check in and the owner/ manager's wife who is always very rude, had an attitude from the minute she walked in to the room and even started yelling at me when I said I had made a 3 day reservation and paid online because her system was down. She told me she didn't care if I had a reservation or if I already paid she wasn't giving me a room unless I paid her in cash. I tried showing her the reservation confirmation and the receipt that showed I had already paid and she wouldn't look at them she just kept ymyelling "I don't care" at me. She refusedy to give me a refund when I said I wanted 6 someone who knows how and that will do their job 3 9
