The cleanliness was okay. However the room given to us had an aircon issue (dripping water) that we had to change the position of how we sleep. The main door is also banging maybe from the strong wind. Its kinda creepy and noisy

It is difficult to use Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the facilities are old and clean. And even in small parts, the cost has to be borne by the customer. Very mentally. I was tired

We have a very pleasant stay on their facility. Their location has a perfect view of taal volcano. It is regretful that these hotel was not further developed since they have an almost perfect spot. Overall we highly recommend splendido hotel for staycations. We will definitely come back.

The booking was nice. The room was big and clean. It also has towels and water. Hoping just to add one chair.. It also has shutttle service that will transport you from hotel tothe hiway main entrance.

Limited staff at the restaurant on the 4th floor. A lot of waiting from taking order , to waiting for food and waiting for the bill. The staff are polite. But I think the restaurant is understaffed. Portions are small for the price.

We had LBM the foods sucks. My baby vomitted 6 times already as of writing. Worst experience. I requested for a bottle of water this morning, they gave me a pitcher of water like what? You’re not allowed to request for a bottle of water. Picture below is the cake that caused food poison to my son.

Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.
