First, I will say that the manager refunded my room so no complaints there. But, we arrived at 3pm to check in and we were told our jacuzzi room was not ready but he would have the staff clean right away. Came back 1.5 hours later and it was ready. We were tired from traveling all day and were looking forward to relaxing. Room was on the third floor and we were advised to take the steps. That was a mistake. There was a smell that was smoke and bad body odor combined, not pleasant. That should have been my sign to look else where. Went to the room and could tell it was recently cleaned, but upon turning on the lights, we saw the true picture. Broken porcelain sink that had been glued back together, stains on the bed cover, jacuzzi tub was stained and carpet was stained all over. There was also that unpleasant smell. We left and asked for a refund, which was honored. No questions asked from manager so I think he knew the room had issues.
