Great spot. We stayed here during a business trip and ww found it to be the perfect location near latacunga. The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the property and I strongly recommend it, not only for the food but because there is nothing else around and the experience was beautiful.

Een prachtige haciënda waar Cesar het boerenbedrijf runt en de wedstrijd paarden en Maria de gastvrouw is voor de authentiek ingerichte kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Allebei zijn ze ontzettend gastvrij, we hebben er met veel plezier 4 nachten gebruik van gemaakt. Ideale lokatie voor de Quilotoa loop (wij hebben onze bagage bij ze achter gelaten) en de Cotopaxi.

Wat een geweldige plek om de omgeving zuid van Quito te ontdekken. (Bv Cotopaxi vulkaan af fietsen en Quilotoa loop wandelen). De inrichting is landelijk en erg gezellig, het eten perfect en de gastvrouw heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Makkelijk te bereiken, gelegen langs de Pan American highway.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased with it. The location is great with wonderful views of Cotopaxi and Chimborazo. We were in one of the outside rooms which was spacious, had comfortable beds and a heater. There was also a fire, which would have been lit if we had wished. Kay, the manager was very accommodating, providing advice, information and generally being extremely helpful but not imposing. His demenour and sense of humour added to our enjoyment. The food (a lot of it local) was first class.

Unique beautiful farmhouse and scenery. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Can be challenging getting inside the property after 7 pm.

Die Hacienda liegt ca. 1 Km neben der Panamericana. Der Lärm der Autobahn und das nicht unweit der Hacienda liegende Zementwerk hört man sehr gut. Es empfiehlt sich zum Schlafen Oropax zu verwenden. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen ist in Ordnung aber war für uns kein Highlight. Wer Tiere gerne hat kommt auf seine Kosten. Es hat Kühe, Pferde, Katze und Hunde. Wobei die Hunde in der Nacht noch lange bellen. Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen ist die Hazienda in Ordnung. Von hier aus kann man die Vulkane in der Gegend als Tagestrip erkundigen.

Had a lovely two day stay at Hacienda Hato Verde. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was local and very good. Great views of Cotopaxi and Chimborazo volcanos. Great to stay at a working farm and have access to the grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
