The external environment is good, but there is a disinfectant smell in the room, and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. The most unacceptable thing is that the bath water is so bad, there is no water after washing for ten minutes, and there is no hot water available after that!

Servizio scandaloso, cibo da inchiesta, prezzi da manicomio… perlomeno la pizza si poteva mangiare ora anche quella peggiorata! Evitate evitate.. mi chiedo come facciano a lavorare ambienti come questi… non torneremo MAI più!!!!!!!!

In una serata discretamente calda ci siamo avventurati in questo agriturismo….Poco da dire sulla location,pizza veramente buonissima, problema finale;dolci carissimi… altra nota molto dolente cameriera in la con le età non proprio del mestiere… prezzi non bassissimi, però…. Forse torneremo

Di positivo sicuramente il posto che è situato in mezzo al verde, in un bel paesaggio. Avevamo 2 camere triple ed una matrimoniale. Di positivo hanno solo ampi spazi. Camere necessitano di una ristrutturata, piene di crepe e pareti con intonaco staccato. NOn tutte le Finestre hanno la possibilità di essere oscurate, con luce dei lampioni a fare compagnia tutta la notte e luce del sole presente in camera dall'alba. Abbiamo preso diversi aperitivi senza ricevere nulla da mangiare da accompagnare al bere. Cibo: paccheri e hamburger buoni. Cacio e pepe immangiabile. Zero cacio ma tanta pancetta bruciata che ha rovinato tutto il piatto. Per fortuna c'era una buona compagnia.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura pieni di aspettative ma oltre il fatto che è immersa nel verde niente più. Camere in cui il tempo ha lasciato il proprio segno, non in lato positivo. Avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una sistemata. La camera tripla nella quale abbiamo soggiornato aveva le pareti ed il soffitto con la vernice che cadeva, odore di muffa provenire dal bagno, insonorizzazione inesistente e nella stanza col letto singolo nemmeno le persiane o tende coprenti adeguate. Praticamente ci si svegliava alle 5:30 col sorgere del sole. Il frigorifero nella camera spento e dentro nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua. Per colazione cornetti surgelati cotti al momento ed un altro dolce, per salato entrambi i giorni abbiamo trovato mortadella, formaggio spalmabile, uova strapazzate e pane. Non un frutto fresco ma frutta sciroppata da supermercato. Abbiamo cenato anche per due cene al ristorante, la carne, che dovrebbe essere il punto forte in Toscana, era invece piena di nervi e soprattutto non è stato chiesto nemmeno il tipo di cottura desiderato. Per concludere dopo 2 notti e 2 cene, 1200 euro spesi in struttura, nemmeno la bottiglia d’acqua chiesta in fase di check out (alla modica cifra di 2,5 euro) è stata offerta. Il cliente così difficilmente torna. Il posto avrebbe grandi potenzialità ma avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturata.

Giro per lavoro hotel da 20 anni. Mai successo un trattamento simile. Chiamo la mattina per avere informazioni. Dicono di inviare mail che poi avrebbero risposto per la conferma. Inizia il calvario 48 ore 10 chiamate per avere una risposta. Ultima finita dicendo senta siamo nel 2024 prenoti oniline😱. Ok non siete all'altezza nemmeno di gestire una mail per una prenotazione affidatevi ai siti competenti e abbiate rispetto per i clienti. Prenotate online almeno evitate la gestione interna.

Nice bed and breakfast, situated in a really very nice location on a ridge of the first hills outside Florence. Large and rustic rooms, but very functional and comfortable. very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast very rich in choice. Big parking for guests.

Very nice and quiet place. The station is well served and 8 minutes away so you can reach Florence in 15 minutes!! Really nice rooms! Definitely worth doing again. The staff very kind and helpful. We had dinner the first evening and I must say that we were surprised, everything was very good!!
