We stayed 15 & 16 of Sept 2022, having booked in March. Immediately things got off to a bad start, the male reception simply ignored us on arrival for 5 minutes. A female receptionist from the back of the office was called out who booked us in, the room was on the ground floor at the front. It smelt strongly of smoke, was much smaller than anticipated and very noisy given the garage opposite. After raising with reception the room was sprayed with a deodorant. After 5 minutes the smoke smell overpowered this. We then asked for a room change and were given one on the third floor. This smelt better and was of the size expected. The hotel has no restaurant, so for evening meal offers a room service, which incurs additional cost of transit, service and taxes, roughly another 20$. The hotel has no adjacent restaurants, there is a Mexican take away, which we used. Breakfast is self service to a very limited scope, the hot offering was only chipolatas, scrambled egg, toast or waffles, the cold is flavoured yoghurts, cereals and milk. The breakfast staff were very pleasant borderline apologetic. You must use a taxi or the bus to get to the Strip in central LV. A good tip is to buy for 8$ an all day access to the bus, so you may use it as often as you wish to go up and down the Strip as well as getting away from the hotel. The second evening, the room had no replacement coffee or tea and in the morning there was no hot water, it was stone cold all morning. At breakfast the chipolatas had been changed for very thin burgers, these tasted awful and were inedible. A second tip is to use their shuttle bus from the airport and back, you'll have to call them on arrival. Otherwise nothing to commend staying here

My stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.

My husband and I came here for a baby moon / 10 year anniversary trip and I am so glad we chose Park MGM. The non smoking was a highlight for me as the smell was so strong at other hotels/casinos that I couldn’t stay in there long. The location was so central for us. Tram between Park MGM, Aria to Bellagio was free and convenient. Walking distance to many places! New York New York was right across the street and can easily walk to Luxor going through Xcalibur. Food places outside the hotel was easily accessible, CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens were so close. Eataly had so many choices that we really did not need to leave the hotel! Bavette’s had wonderful service and food. Smoked salmon Caesar salad is the best salad I have ever had that we had to come back! Spa and fitness Center was so great. Bell desk gave us complimentary luggage storage while we killed time for our flight. The layout of the whole hotel was just perfect! Definitely recommend this hotel. 3 days max next time for us. 4 days in Vegas was too much!

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍
Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient!
Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏
Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. And on that note; Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us; and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. And it’s absolutely light yrs better and much safer than the “Wild Wild West Days Inn” on Tropicana(in which I’ll say in bold text, STAY AWAY!”) The GC exterior seems the same as the day it was built: in other words, old and worn…lol. However, enter inside, and you’ll notice a much improved interior to its humble beginning. The decor still leans classic, but with a touch of modern: And overall actually, quite nice. There’s plenty of gaming, and several restaurants, including a TGIF, which I did not try, and a really good Chinese joint, which I did. The lunch menu was reasonable, and the quality was actually pretty good, if you want Chinese: And they’re open till 3am. Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley. Neither of which I had time to use… Sorry Rooms: The rooms here have been updated with a fresh remodel at some point recently. A new Flatscreen tv, and a modern wardrobe add to the details. Note: I was one floor from the top, which can be tricky for battling the Vegas heat, for many hotel A/C systems. However, the unit in my room was more than adequate at keeping things chilled down(That one surprised me). The bathroom has all new tile, and a small window for some ventilation(nice touch). Water pressure was really good, but temperature wasn’t easy to adjust at first; but no deal breaker. Overall, the room was clean, modern enough, and the beds was decent for this price range. The service here was surprisingly good(I’ve read this before, and in many places, from those who have stayed at many of the Boyd properties). Everyone was extra friendly, and made the extra effort to make one feel welcomed. So, while not a Four Seasons, you’ll have no worries. Wrapping it up: Overall, this is a good choice for the money; and certainly has ample parking for big rigs, motor homes or other. The proximity to the Vegas strip is adequate, and uber and Lyft pick up right at the front door…. Believe me, that isn’t the case for m

When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .

To all my reader's who are reading this. My stay @ the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip was too short but still a great spot to stay. Some of the features of the room that I liked was the 2 layer curtains that had one to block out the glare and the other to completely block out all light from coming in. I also like the spacious mini fridge. I put a whole pizza box in there for the leftover pizza I ate the next morning being my concert. The view of the Festival entrance was great, especially at night with all the colorful lighting. It was also walking distance to my concert. They also have a marketplace which was convenient for me to buy drinks, ice cream and pizza and more. I recommend this place if you have a nearby event by the hotel and cause its very clean in the rooms and its private but also come with glass ware, microwave and coffee machine with a sink to wash your dishes. Also the pool area is nice. Please check it out if you like what you read. The only way to find out is if you try this hotel. Thank you for reading. :) Recommended. A++++

I actually stayed here in June of 2018 but there was no options for 2018, only went to 2021. My husband was in a horrific car accident while working in Las Vegas and was in the ICU at the hospital. I stayed here alone for two weeks until he was able to leave the hospital and we drove home. The room I had was recently remodeled and the bathroom was huge with a beautiful glass shower and a long counter space with a large mirror. I loved the bathroom. The bed was high up, super big and so comfortable. The bedding was luxurious and the comforter was top notch, very poofy and soft. The room and bathroom were spotless. There was a housekeeper there, an asian lady, and she was so sweet to me. I had told her what happened with my husband and why I was staying there. She asked how he was doing every day that I saw her and she was very caring. They have a Starbucks and a restaurant that I got dinner from every night and took up to my room. Even though I stayed there alone, I felt safe being there. There was a worker in front of the elevators that you had to show your hotel key and i.d. to before they let you get on the elevators to go up to the rooms and I was glad they were doing that. There was also a bakery there that had alot of yummy desserts to choose from. All of the workers were so polite and professional. I would definitely stay again. It was my first time staying at the Palace.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay.
The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas.
The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay.
Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget!
Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. GGuest UserSome time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. She agreed that she knew that what I told h
EEvian_LuteIt was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.
GGuest UserI can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.
GGuest UserJust used it as a base for going out! I liked the location off the *****, although it wasn’t totally convenient at late night.
Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning.
Otherwise lovely clean comfy place!
DDeanThis is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North ***** opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.
GGuest UserSpent 2 nights. Our room was not newly renovated but spacious and clean. Water was hot and great water pressure. Check in took 20 minutes as there was a line but totally understandable. Great choices for food, pool was awesome and service was great. Ate at the Voodoo and WOW, EXCEPTIONAL!! Billy was a Rockstar and delivered great service above and beyond! Will keep coming to the Rio. Great Value, close enough to the *****. A great Stay!!!
GGuest UserAliante was the perfect resort for my recent work trip to Vegas. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the ****** area has enough f&b offerings to keep you happy if you don’t want to venture far. The area around the hotel is safe and pretty quiet with a decent amount of places to grab a bite to eat within a short drive. It is pretty darn far away from the “normal” Vegas action, but I have to assume you know that if you are considering staying here.
AAnonymous UserAwesome place, was brand new and very clean, the rooms were very big as well. The receptionist gave great service. The hotel has Starbucks as well and have free water refill.
Only thing is that the carpark is very far from the hotel lobby/lifts, so if you can afford you should get luggage service or valet. You also need to pay for parking, $10 per day.
GGuest UserOvernight stay to pick up family for a roadtrip. After almost 12 hrs driving, I was looking forward to a good meal & a beer (the hotel listed a ******, brewery & a couple dining options onsite). Took way too long to check in, got stuck behind a large party & the check in desk seemed short staffed. And ALL the dining options were also showing at least 30 minute waits... ended up with a couple slices of pizza (which were quite good) from the overly smoky ******. The room was in good condition & was comfortable. However, I woke up the next morning to leaf blowers before 8 AM... really?
