It's okay. Some rooms are a lot older than others. Service needs some work. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. It should have put me in a one bedroom. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I did not receive a reply. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They then determined this was incorrect. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. It was a one bedroom. The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. It was clean but the room had no personality. The food at the hotel is just not great. We ate at their coffee shop twice. The iced tea was horrible. It was from a tap. The food was sub par. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat.

I stayed for two nights and had a disappointing initial experience. At check-in, we were placed in a smoking room, even though we’re non-smokers. I refuse and ask for a nonsmoking but the front desk told us that we need to pay extra $20 because there wasn’t available rooms (on a Wednesday??). The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and triggered an allergic reaction. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided. The new room was reasonably, with refrigerator, better shower but softly better than the first one that really need to be remodeled (the whole hallway and the rooms are very dirty and smells bad). About the ******, the bets are very far, with variety of tables and ***** machines. The staff is really nice and the environment very good. A special attention to Lourdes (staff chef) and Mario (dealer).

Was travelling as a group of 5 Adults and 1 infant. Had a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a 2-Bedroom Suite for free that comes with free parking. The view was terrific and stay was comfortable, right at the heart of the strip. Only qualms were some light were not working and there was no kettle. But it was perfect otherwise.

This is the Versailles tower of Paris, room was very nice, though it was a bit dirty, as my stay progress i realized there were lots of debris and trash around. I m thinking house keeping made the bed and replace linens, my fingers crossed. Room was not clean at all, stains in bathroom and items left behind from previous guests. I don't think the surfaces were wiped down to say the least. That said, check in was easy, view was fantastic with the sphere, would recommend to others.

The room is large and clean but old. The front desk is helpful. But the resort fee is higher than stated. The location is good that ****** is just downstairs. There is free bottles of water and wifi provided.

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍 Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient! Paid extra for a room with strip view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏 Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .

Had a great stay at the Bellagio, loved you can get the app, which you then can book car park space and get the Digital key on your phone. Saves a long queue wait at reception, pool areas really nice loads of sun beds and towels. Friendly staff around the pool areas.
