Worst hotel staff I ever met.
1) Reception was most rude can ever meet 2) Internet was down check out was hold and not shared any notice. 3) Trip.com payment link did not worked and had to pay separately and call Trip.com to cancelled the room. During this discussion reception act very rudely. No attempt to solve the issue.

Room infested with cockroaches. Toilet door broken and toilet/bath both filthy.
Staff unhelpful and rude.
Shocking how they're able to charge $100 a night.
