I was very angry and called them in the middle of the night. The front desk who answered the phone was very unreasonable. She kept saying that Ctrip had stated that I had to pay when I booked. She could find the time of the phone call I made to ask about the network before, and she also listened to the facts I stated, but said that it was mandatory and only the delivered rooms didn't have to pay. I asked her why you said that when I called to ask you, I used my own terrible network for the past two days and didn't enjoy these amenities, and then told me that I still paid, so am I not stupid? Finally, she said that one day was free and there would be no more deductions. I also confirmed it twice. But when I left and checked out, I found that the entire resort fee was still deducted. They were very unprofessional and perfunctory.

The hotel is very good. It is relatively new, so it is not in *****. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. However, the hotel is connected to another Wynn, so the facilities are doubled. It is large and convenient. Checking in is the first time the hotel image is presented. The girl who helped us check in was very patient, enthusiastic, beautiful, kind and professional.
