Hotels Near Cranberry World West in Las Vegas

I have stayed here a few times in the past year. Originally I booked this hotel because of it's location and price. You can literally see the airports runway from this hotel, so if you're in need a place to stay on a long layover, or maybe you need to arrive in Vegas a day or two earlier than an event on the strip then this is a good hotel. Staff has always been very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Even if you have a group of 4 you don't feel cramped in the rooms. They do have a small pool if you're looking to cool off in the Vegas heat. They have a great free breakfast and coffee and tea is available 24/7. But I would not stay here if it's your first time visiting Las Vegas or if you're interested in visiting the strip. There is nothing near by and you will need to uber to sightsee or find restaurant options. Otherwise this place is great for a quick stay!

Awesome pool amenities, great location, hotel is showing signs of ageing but clean regardless. Happy with our stay.

No kettle or coffee machine at room. If you need hot water, need to to Starbucks or cafe to buy or ask for it freely if you are lucky. Very troubling. Need to call house keeping for Room clean up , staff may not automatically clean up your room if you not call them.

We just had a fab week at this hotel. Location is perfect , 2 mins walk from the Linq promenade with its myriad of shops bars and restaurants and a couple of mins walk to the Flamingo Hotel which brought you out straight onto the centre of the *****! We had a one bedroom suite which comprised of a spotlessly clean open plan kitchen and living area and a large bedroom with adjoining large dressing/bathroom area with 2 separate sinks/vanity areas with good quality hairdryer (ladies I know these things are important to know) and light up mirrors. Every amenity was provided including an iron and ironing board separate washer and dryer complete with detergent that was replenished after use, ample dishes/glassware and a large fridge freezer which was perfect for keeping drinks cold and storing ice from the ice machine down the hall. We attended 2 concerts in the Sphere and Dolby live and this property was perfectly located for both. 10 mins easy walk to the sphere and 3 stops on the monorail (located at the flamingo) for Dolby live . We were a little nervous before arrival after reading reviews about noise from the adjacent Go pool at the flamingo 🦩, but were delighted to find it had already closed for the season so the room was extremely peaceful and we experienced no noise at all from other guests. It is also entirely non smoking and has a beautiful garden/pool area which is ideal for relaxing in away from the hustle and bustle of the main *****. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be close to the centre of the action but needing a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. As a final added bonus resort fees are only 25 dollars a day compared to almost twice that quoted by some other properties and includes complementary bottles of water each day. We won’t be staying anywhere else when we return to Vegas!

New hotel, new facilities, high quality breakfast, a small number, homemade yogurt. The room is very quiet and quiet. Unfortunately, the suite does not have a washing machine. It’s actually a little distance from the avenue. You can only go by car. Walking is definitely not convenient. There are buses, free of charge, but tips are generally given. One person a knife. Overall recommendation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas. The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay. Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget! Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. I highly recommend The STRAT to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return!

My leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. And on that note; Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us; and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. And it’s absolutely light yrs better and much safer than the “Wild Wild West Days Inn” on Tropicana(in which I’ll say in bold text, STAY AWAY!”) The GC exterior seems the same as the day it was built: in other words, old and worn…lol. However, enter inside, and you’ll notice a much improved interior to its humble beginning. The decor still leans classic, but with a touch of modern: And overall actually, quite nice. There’s plenty of gaming, and several restaurants, including a TGIF, which I did not try, and a really good Chinese joint, which I did. The lunch menu was reasonable, and the quality was actually pretty good, if you want Chinese: And they’re open till 3am. Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley. Neither of which I had time to use… Sorry Rooms: The rooms here have been updated with a fresh remodel at some point recently. A new Flatscreen tv, and a modern wardrobe add to the details. Note: I was one floor from the top, which can be tricky for battling the Vegas heat, for many hotel A/C systems. However, the unit in my room was more than adequate at keeping things chilled down(That one surprised me). The bathroom has all new tile, and a small window for some ventilation(nice touch). Water pressure was really good, but temperature wasn’t easy to adjust at first; but no deal breaker. Overall, the room was clean, modern enough, and the beds was decent for this price range. The service here was surprisingly good(I’ve read this before, and in many places, from those who have stayed at many of the Boyd properties). Everyone was extra friendly, and made the extra effort to make one feel welcomed. So, while not a Four Seasons, you’ll have no worries. Wrapping it up: Overall, this is a good choice for the money; and certainly has ample parking for big rigs, motor homes or other. We had a great stay at the California Hotel and ******. It is more casual. Great table games in the ******, staff was always friendly and accomodating, and the location was perfect. I would recommend the hotel for a reasonable stay in Vegas.
