A great hotel in the center of the old town of Las Palmas. The suites, like the entire hotel, are furnished with love and very, very tastefully. The roof terrace is TOP! The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is awesome. The only downside is the clairaudience of the rooms. If you sleep lightly, like me, bed rest ends at 6.30 a.m. at the latest. Then it tramples on every nook and cranny in the house.
Nevertheless, we would love to come back anytime.

Perfectly placed for the old town, this immaculate hotel is one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in - anywhere in the world. It's the closest that you'll get to a perfect hotel. The breakfast is superb and the staff exceptional. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Hôtel dans une maison à l’architecture canarienne, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Le patio pour les petits déjeuners et les rafraîchissements tout au long de la journée est tout simplement sublime. Nos encanta volver porque siempre recibimos un trato excepcional, especialmente de parte de Gerardo y Miriam, quienes nos hacen sentir como en familia. Su atención y amabilidad marcan la diferencia y son, sin duda, uno de los motivos por los que siempre volvemos. El desayuno es otro de los puntos fuertes, sobre todo la repostería casera, que es simplemente deliciosa y demuestra pasión y cuidado en cada detalle. Sin embargo, este año echamos de menos la decoración de Halloween en el desayuno, un toque especial que nos encantaba y hacía la experiencia aún más divertida y acogedora. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a quienes busquen un trato cercano, un ambiente cálido y una estancia que deja huella. ¡Ya estamos deseando volver!

The staff at Suites 1478 was the most helpful of any hotel we've ever stayed at. For example, my adapter for using a US plug in a European outlet broke. When they didn't have one to lend me, they offered to buy one for me. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the art in the hotel. The location was excellent. Although we had a large living and dining room, the room had no refrigerator.

Its parking is not located with the hotel. Therefore,
it is not so easy to contact the receptionist to get the key so as to open the door of the parking.

No se le puede poner una pega a este hotel, situacion inmejorable, atencion inmejorable, habitacion perfecta, lugar tranquilo. Fuimos un fin de semana y nos auedo pena no ir mas dias. El desayuno de calidad, los dulces de Miriam una locura y la atencion de todos brutal. La habitacion espaciosa y con todo lujo de detalles de calidad. La azotea una gozada.
