We were there with the family. After one night we changed hotels. There are several reasons. The main reason was that the walls in our room (506) were completely damp. Dark too. Even if you opened the curtains, there was hardly any light in the room. So nothing against the photos on the website. The fittings were old and shabby. When you flushed the toilet, it sounded like there were animals in there. We had no room for clothes. Everything was damp, regardless of whether the air conditioning was on or off. The atmosphere on the grounds was OK. Of course you have to know that a lot of young travelers and holidaymakers stay there. The pool is usually full of young people. Difficult for small children to play there. There are parties on the weekend. OK, that's what the website says (until 3 a.m.) When we were there, the loud music still hadn't stopped at 4 a.m. By then we had already changed hotels to a nearby apartment, where I could still hear the bass. So if you want peace and quiet, this is the wrong place. At least: money was paid back from the remaining days, albeit with worse conditions. Photos do not match the current situation

They have a short security guy who chases all the customers when they have a glass and to make matters worse he says that the money you invest there is nothing (If you are Panamanian they treat you badly). They need to improve customer service and urgently. The food is not there is variety.

I liked the attention of the bartenders, and the staff in general! The drinks are very delicious, the vibes of the place and the parties are the best!! Would I return? Of course!! With friends, family, etc., highly recommended. Yes I would love to know more about the activities they have.

The Selina Playa Venao is great! I came here after a solo trip to surf and relax. The complex is very well maintained and beautiful. The dorm was clean and had a lamp and socket with a shelf by each bed. On the beach you can relax in chairs, beds or large pillows and enjoy the light breeze. There is a supermarket right around the corner where you can buy everything you need. It's not cheap here in Panama in general; I paid $8 for an Aperol Spritz here, which is close to local prices. The staff are super friendly though and the surf instructors do everything they can to help you catch your green waves. In the evenings, the comfortably lit beach bar invites you to linger and have something to eat. It's a great place to relax during the day and at night and even sleep at night. When I was there, it was pretty quiet.

Very cheap, beautiful and on the sea shore. Delicious food and very friendly people. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to return. The beach is very empty so you can enjoy the place, they offer surf classes and board rentals and yoga classes

The bed is spectacular, I was waiting for breakfast all day before and then I didn't want to get up HAHA I loved it. I also liked that they have activities that you can join and share with other people staying. The atmosphere is nice.

The stuff is the best ! Nice people in the reception and in the restaurant La Palma. Good vibes, rooms are clean and if you need anything the service is really fast . Very recommended!! I want to say thanks to Bahia she welcomed us nice and took care of us always with a smile gracias

Tomamos la clase de meditación con Blanca y luego hicimos una sesion de yoga con Nini frente al mar en el deck de Selina. Fue una buena sesión de movimiento, hicimos desde las posiciones básicas hasta un poco de handstand. Me gusto mucho Gracias chicas!
