To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

My feelings about this hotel crystallised after returning home. We stayed for two nights. I did not realise at the time, but while there I was going down with pneumonia; hence I felt ill. On the morning of leaving the hotel we packed, and as usual checked the room carefully. However, probably due to feeling unwell, I did not notice that we had left a kindle charger plugged into a socket. On returning home I immediately phoned reception to ask if they had it. Without asking, the guy on the desk started asking if I had left our luggage unattended. With little grace, he eventually went to see if they had it. He told me the cleaning staff had handed it in and they had it at the desk. I asked them to keep it for us as we could not pop in to collect it for a couple of weeks. Because of being seriously ill, that two weeks became four weeks. The day before collecting it, my husband phoned and was told they did have it. However, when visiting the hotel the next day the reception said they knew nothing about it. All that was there was a cable of ours. The device had gone; presumably stolen. To date they have not contacted us to offer an apology or even to speak to us. I would rather sleep on the street than stay there again.

This is a budget, but clean and comfy place to stay. They give you a code for the door and a code for your room, you do not get a card key. My room, which had an ensuite shower room, was adequate and led down into the small courtyard cum seating and chill out area where there's an honest box for use of the drinks machine. There was also a fridge. I initially booked for 10 nights, but needed to extended to 12 nights. They honoured my request to keep the same room. I would recommend, and I would use again if in Larnaca for a significant amount of time.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

Never felt the need to complain about a hotel stay up until now. We stayed with Onisillos Hotel from March 9th to the 11th and it was well and truly the worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel. The windowsill in bathroom was vile, rotten and falling apart. Loose tiles in all parts of the room on floor and walls. We had to request to have the hot water turned on in our room for a shower and then the manager pressured us into having a shower quickly so he could turn it back off again. He kept complaining that every time the expensive part from the boiler breaks when people shower, he needs to order the part from Italy and will bill the customers for this. On the Friday morning we showered and then left our room for breakfast and to go and have a swim in the beach, when we came back to our room, we asked for the hot water to be turned back on so we could wash and get changed for the evening. The manager at first denied us having a second shower until I said we'd been in the sea and I need a shower to wash off the sand and salt... I was disgusted by him even denying us a shower when we were paying guests. The shower itself was broken and not fixed to the wall, had low pressure and the water was lukewarm at best even when boiler was supposedly turned on. Our TV had a Greek plug with a UK plug socket on the wall so we were unable to use the television. When we addressed this with the manager, he asked if we could speak Greek as this is the only language on local TV so don't worry about the TV if we cannot. Room was filthy under the beds/tables and we found mess under every bed including a water bottle in the bottom of the sofa bed with an expiry date from 2 years ago! Had to hand in our key when we went out in the evening which I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel was generally old and dilapidated. All in all would avoid staying here. Awful.

Nearest to lcq airport 425 bus gets you there for 3 euros. Seaside across directly from beach. Nearby ministore. A long walk to downtown along promenade. Location, location, location. Think any tired old seaside hotel in england but all there. Has seen better days Nice cats!

Awesome! Room was very clean, bed was so comfy, lovely towels, shower as hot and good pressure. Breakfast was amazing delicious and good value! I had the baked feta, my husband the traditional cooked and my mother in law the halloumi cheese. Staff really friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend.

we came family ( 4 double rooms) where all are adults. the hotel is beutyfull , freshy and stylish one. all facilities are wonderfull and breakfast is very good. all hotel stuff were very welcoming and gave us service way above expectations. the hotel has a nice private beach and that is great. the only problem is that the beach ***** around the hotel (not the hotel beache itself ) is not well maintained and need much nurturing . near the hotel across the street there are grocery and nice coffee restaurant. other restaurants are walking distance. we ejoyed the stay very much.

The hotel is located by the sea and has its own exclusive beach. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not possible to swim in winter. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof.
