The hotel is a little old, the environment is average, and the facilities and equipment are outdated, but it is still clean and sanitary. However, the hotel owner is very nice and enthusiastic, and the price is cheap and cost-effective!

Worst hotel I have ever lived. No A/C, Not even water and cleanlinesss.

Warm water was only available between 9am and 9pm, it wasn't hot water at all.. the heater din't work. Hotel looks like 80's and in general it was not only damaged but as well dirty. Location in fact was good, only 5 min to old town, to the sea and promenade.

Cavolo meno male che siamo stati solo una notte per transito con due bambini!! Solo il PROPIETARIO gentile niente che dire anche simpatico ma la struttura è la camera era veramente peggio della cuccia del mio cane!! Bagno e camera sporchissima non sporca e lenzuola macchiate armadi distrutto e e vernice sui mobili o che cade dal soffitto mi dispiace ma era obrioso !!

I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and found some of them quite unreasonable. Considering the price point, you can’t expect all the bells and whistles. The manager works tirelessly from early mornings to late nights and always makes an effort to greet guests with a warm welcome. The rooms, while a bit dated, come equipped with good air conditioning and showers that offer consistent hot and cold water—amenities that are often lacking in other budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from the trendy bars and restaurants of Larnaca. It’s close to charming backstreets that offer much more than the touristy beachfront spots. By saving on the hotel, you can enjoy dining out at these lovely local places.
