I don't really understand those who left negative reviews. My check-in went perfectly (I asked clarifying questions on the free phone number on the website a couple of days before check-in). The English-speaking manager quickly found my reservation and sent me check-in instructions via WhatsApp. That is, if you haven't received such instructions by email two days before your arrival date, don't hesitate to call via the website and then chat via WhatsApp: they respond quickly.
The room (I had N1) was in perfect condition, the loggia too, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom and toilet are shared between five rooms, but I don't see any problems with that. Everything is clean, toilet paper, soap, etc. are available.
A large kitchen with an oval table in the middle, dishes for every taste, a gas stove, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Well, and the neighbors turned out to be quite nice people!
Check out at 11. My flight is late in the evening: I don't want to sit at the airport for about 10 hours, and it's not much fun outside with a backpack in the heat... I was allowed to stay in the lobby without any problems, there are comfortable sofas there, it's not hot.
In general, for this modest money - quite decent accommodation. If you're staying for one or two nights - I recommend it!
