The location was great but the rooms were very dirty and they smelled bad the heaters was very noisy. Will not book again and too expensive for the kind of you get😢

El hotel está renovado pero los colchones y almohadas están viejos. Al entrar al cuarto lo primero que percibes es el olor a limpiador de pisos, horrible, las sábanas sucias, no las cambian solo las voltean, solo hay una toalla en el baño, si pides más tienes que ir por ellas pero solo te dan una extra. El "desayuno" que incluyen solo es pan con café.

Overall the stay was good when we arrived there was a lady at the front desk who gave great customer service until it was time to Check out we had a Reservation for the same day but the new Front Desk Receptionist who was in that day was really rude said we had to return back after 3 which I understood once she explained I asked her if she could just let us pack our things but she was rushing us to get out once we left the hotel I noticed a charge on my card for the room so we went back to address this problem and since we asked for time so we can pack our things she said she charged another night for the room being aware that we had another reservation at 3pm for 3 nights that way we wouldnt have to be asked to leave and come back at 3pm. This hotel is a really nice place has microwave and a fridge the only thing is that Mariana (the name of the Front desk receptionist at the time) was really rude and provided poor customer service. I asked to speak with a manager and her answer back was and I quote"She is not here right now she comes when she wants to so you can keep calling the number on the business card until you can get a hold of her." And turned around and when about whatever she was doing.

The place is so old and dirty, ceiling is falling down. It had mold, carpet was dirty, old, and smelly. Terrible smell like urine.
For a $60dollar room. It was a horrible place. Not worth it

When we booked it never said anywhere that we would have to pay a 200 dollar deposit in cash! For a one night stay that is ridiculous
