Super 8 by Wyndham Laramie

I had a fantastic experience at super8 Laramie. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and decent price.loved my time. Staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Free complimentary breakfast and big parking.

Despite some negative reviews, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rates were very reasonable. I sent 2 file attachments showing the smoke alarm is gone, the GFCI outlet in the bathroom is broken, the security lock on the door was broken, the Mold on the bathroom ceiling, the dirty stained sheets, the outside light trip Hazzard and exposed wire. I am still thinking about calling the fire marshal. If you read the reviews on Google you will find very similar issues, including the smoke detector alarm system. These issues are very dangerous and the property should be shut down until all these issues are resolved. I travel 1 month out of every year and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The front desk was EXTREMELY polite and helpful! We know this is not a brand new hotel but we needed somewhere to stay for a night and didn’t want to pay $200+ a night. The stay was great! Smelled clean, very clean room, quiet stay, comfortable bed and great price. We will stay here again on our way back through. Best front desk service from the 3 places we stopped at in town!

This hotel does not look like anything in the pictures. When you walk in, you are hitting the face with a horrible food smell. When you get to the room, there is hair all over the bathroom floor, mold all over the bathroom, paint peeling off of the walls in the bathroom, and hair in the beds, my husband and I looked for a different hotel right away to leave, but all of them were booked in town for the graduation. The next morning, when we we both had bug bites on us! We would’ve been better off to sleep in our car!

The place smelled like curry, the room was disgusting, remodeling is a joke, the ants were the best part and the breakfast was nonexistent it was absolutely disgusting. The floor was not adhered tight and uneven, creaked and was difficult to walk on.

Our stay was horrible. When we arrived no one was there to assist us. We rang the bell, twice. Then, used the phone to get “immediate” service and it took awhile for someone to appear. The clerk took forever to locate the reservation and get us our key. It was dirty and run down. Some rooms even had cardboard taped to the floor in high traffic areas. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. We will not be returning or recommending this motel to anyone.

Property is worn out and poorly maintained. Breakfast area was dirty. Room was poorly maintained from the paper peeling from the inside of the lampshades to globs of caulking in the bathroom to peeling paint.

Dirty bathroom, tv didn’t work, noise neighbors…desk girl was pleasant…I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the condition of this room is below recommend standards…what more can I say…this hotel needs an up grade…
